Only Starbucks when you walk in and don’t even get acknowledged. Not even a Hello or Welcome, or I will be right with you. Stood at the counter, they just looked at my wife and I and never bothered to take our order. Or greet us. We walked out after waiting 5 minutes.

Are drink was missing the Java chips only but Krissy made sure to fix it right away and had the best attitude!! I drive past this location quite often and never stop. Glad I did today. Krissy had the best customer service and her presentation of our order was FANTASTIC! Will start stopping at this location more often. Thanks Krissy!!!

The person taking my order at the drive-through was rude. I ordered my drink for pickup, but the employee either did not understand what I meant by “pickup” or chose to pretend not to understand. I also heard laughter, which made the interaction feel unprofessional and uncomfortable, and came across as racist.

Ordered a caramel frappe and have never been so disappointed in a drink. First off, it didn’t have any caramel! Secondly and obviously, it didn’t taste like caramel. Was a super bland coffee frappe. Very sad that McDonald’s can do an amazing job and yet Starbucks can’t. The 1st time in 2 years been and will not go back. Don’t see what all the hype on Starbucks is

Honestly I want to say, The employees at this establishment SUPER NICE! I am grateful to know that there are still employees out there that LOVE what they do and They bring a positive Vibe! I went this morning to get my coffee and from the drive thru all to when I got to the window, The employees were GREAT! And When I got my coffee they left me this note. This honestly means a lot, and It just made my day! It’s the little things that make it go A LONG WAY!

Went today 01/02/2026 for a jalapeño chicken pocket and it was burnt to a crisp with barely anything in it. Why would you serve somebody that. Highly disappointed!

A bit busy in the morning, but very good. Nice place to have a drink a coffee.

-1 star: place is a bit small. So you can’t avoid the noises of people even if you are in a corner. If that does not bother you. It is a very good place.

This Starbucks has somehow perfected the art of screwing up a caramel Frappuccino mocha thing every single time. Not once has it come out right — and I’m not exaggerating. It’s always a chunky, icy, half-blended mess, like they took a handful of driveway gravel, dumped it in a cup, and drizzled sad caramel over the top. You’re supposed to sip a Frappuccino, not choke on it like it’s the world’s most disappointing snow cone.

The flavor? Garbage. Either too bitter, too watery, or so sweet it tastes like melted Halloween candy. The texture? Criminal. They clearly don’t know how to blend, don’t care, or both. Every drink is a $7 lesson in regret.

I hate this location. Hate it. Other Starbucks make this drink perfectly without even thinking — here it’s like a coordinated effort to make sure you never come back. If management actually cared, they’d retrain the entire staff or shut this blender graveyard down.

If you’re thinking about stopping here — don’t. Save your money, your taste buds, and your dental work.
