I’m sitting at the Donatos location right now. It is approximately 12:03 PM. I was just told by a young African-American gentleman working there. They are closing early when cars are standing in line. He’s sending us away and will not order our food. The location sign on the front door says they do not close until 1:30 AM. I could not understand This level of service.

Normally their pizza is one of my favs, but this was an utter failure. Took over an hour to get a 7″ pizza, the guy left it at the front desk, when I opened the box this was the worst pizza ever. Flat and nasty cheese stuck to the box, Luke warm, the tomatoes were horrible. The box says fresh and delicious and it was anything but. Now I have to at 8:30 at night leave to go find something to eat because there’s no decent restaurants around the airport.
The guy better enjoy his $5 tip because this place will NEVER see my money again.

100% awful. I haven’t been to Donatos in almost a year. I ordered “well done” because its usually really light when you get several toppings. I called back to make sure it was added to my order because the young lady on the phone seemed distracted.
When I called back the gentleman said “no ma’am, its not on here but I’ll add it.” I went to pick it up and got home…horrible. Had to feed the kiddos so I called. Manager – ” I can’t give you another pizza unless you come back with that one.” I was definitely not driving back with a hungry family. I put the pieces in our air fryer but then realized the pizza was only cut on the sides. The pieces were so large they didn’t fit. Ridiculous. This was 810p/10.9.20 Very disappointing.

Delicious pizza, the associates in this store do a good job. Donatos is my favorite pizza in Columbus. Lady who took my order was nice. Pizza and sub were piping hot. Excellent!

Couldn’t tell me if pop machine worked and not the best at customer service. Pizza was good and consistent in quality. App says pizza is done. Wasn’t even put in ove yet !
