I went to Chipotle today and drove to this location after deciding I didn’t want to go all the way into the mall. The internet was down and so they could only take cash. I wanna give a huge shout out to Tobias for his professionality under pressure. He was kind and multitasking to try to get things right the entire time we were there. And of course, the food was as good as always 🙂

No soap in the men’s bathroom, every table was dirty (had to clean the table myself), food tasted and appeared old and stale. Honestly if I don’t get food poisoning tonight I’ll consider it a win. This place from the exterior looks nice but it’s awful. For the price chipotle charges, you guys can at least clean the dining room and put soap in the bathroom.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle, but this location is a complete mess. I’ve been here around 10 times, and almost every visit they were out of something. On top of that, the portions are noticeably smaller feels like they’re cutting back just to stretch the food. The dining area is also never clean, which makes the whole experience worse. I’ve never seen another Chipotle run like this one.

Believe it or not I had never been to a Chipotle. This was my 1st and last time going. The rice was extremely undercooked. The guy who took my order was so nice and talkative to everyone but me. Soon as I got to the counter he just looked at me and never said 1 single word. So here we were just looking at each other. Finally I said oh..ok. and told him what I wanted. He never said 1 word to me. But greeted the person behind me. I didn’t ass any hot pepper anything but i took a bite and I ate something so hot that it had my lips burning. I spent 20.00 on a steak bowl that I ended up bringing home and trashing.

I wouldn’t. This location is dirty. The rice was crunchy and two out of three service staff didn’t speak English – and then got kind of rude when I needed things repeated a bunch. They threw my receipt at me.

Very STINGY with their portions during this visit. I had to repeatedly ask for a full side of queso, even though it was an extra charge. It made an otherwise quick meal frustrating and awkward. This is the case even when I order delivery with this store.

Used to really like this location, but stopped in today for a quick dinner, and was really disappointed! There wasn’t much of a wait, but the place was a mess, all the tables were dirty, food on the floor, garbage cans were full, and the meal wasn’t up to expectations. $31 for a quesadilla and a burrito bowl, and a drink for the road. Seems a little steep!
Ordered the carne asada bowl and barely much steak is added to the bowl as it is, but I ended up spitting out a few different bites as I ate, because the meat was fatty and incredible. they were inedible. There are a few workers behind the counter, no reason why they can’t clean up tables and sweep the floor, and take out the trash more frequently. Also, the women’s bathroom was really dark because lightbulbs haven’t been changed, not very safe. Oh and they must have run out of Coke Zero and decided not to reorder because they have 2 soda taps for regular Coke,
Not sure if this location has changed owners or what, but this place needs some help, pronto!!! Skip this location!!!

Haven’t been to worse chipotle and I was paying an hour after eating there. Food was cold and that should have been my first sign to not eat it. Usually I do not have any issues but the place was not clean. Started having stomachache an hour after eating. Maybe because we came in when it was late.

Visted on a Friday after the lunch hour to get a bowl. I asked for the rice on the side, which I was charged for, I asked for a small amount of beans but when I told the server the protein I wanted, the portion size was almost the same amount of the beans they gave me. For $17, this was a rip off, complete rip off.

Like previous reviews said, the service here is awesome. Always fast and friendly. The food tastes fresh and the meat has never been dry or overcooked. The restaurant is clean and orderly, even during rush hours.
Last couple times we ordered online to skip the wait. It is easy and convenient, but they did once forget milk and fruit from a kids meal we ordered. When I called to ask my options, they remembered, apologized, and refunded me without expecting me to drive all the way back. Did I mention awesome service? Lesson learned to remember to check my order.
On a final note, driving through the tight parking lot feels like riding bumper cars. Beware.
