The food was meh. Ordered 2 pc chicken and fries. Fries were horrible (crinkle cut).
Service was exceptional. The food just needs to be better. I haven’t eaten here in awile & now I know why.
I only ate like 4 fries before throwing them out. Not anyone’s fault cause it is what it is. I just wasn’t feeling them at all.
Didn’t feel like door dashing food to my truck and paying all them damn fees. So I walked to Jack’s.
So I ordered an 8 pc nugget only and that shit was good. They nuggets on point.
I wont order the fries anymore, but I’ll def order the nuggets again when its dinner time. (I’m so sick of Subway)
Parked here at Piolet til Monday. So I got to get it how I live. Only have a few options if I don’t want to order door dash. Those options are Subway, Piolet pizza, or Jacks.

Food is ok when it isn’t burnt, but the employee at the window needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. Was too busy cutting up with the cashier and one of the cooks to attend to customers without us having to honk for her attention, then extremely rude about it. She didn’t hear part of our order and rather than simply offering to fix it and add it to our purchase she claimed “you didn’t say that at the window” it was said twice. We drove away without it because her attitude was that atrocious my mother didn’t want to deal with her in order to get her meal. Wed, march 4th 2026 9:00am

Been purchasing from this location for three years. Ashley (believe in management) makes each experience fantastic. She greets me by first name and remembers what I order and ask if I would try another item. When she is working with her coworkers they all share the same positive and helpful attitude. Food is always to perfection and restaurant is always clean and spotless. Wish more restaurants would have an Ashley to make fast food restaurant into a family diner. Thank you Jack’s.

The Tuscaloosa Skyland franchise is very well run. I tried to order online on my app, but for some reason kept getting an error message. I called the manager took my order and even gave me the20% discount I would have received for ordering online.
When I got there I was greeted by the manager and she was just finishing up my order. It was hot and ready to go. Thanks for the great service and good food as usual

First experience with Jacks and though we went drive through.. it’s a 10 out of 10. Staff was so understanding and pleasant as my husband failed to mention no onions as I’m allergic and they very pleasantly remade my portion of the order. No mistake on staff but still apologized. Quick trip to Jack’s to get a burger & fries combo. My order was made correctly, and from the time I placed the order to the time I got my order was 8 minutes. Wow that was fast. It was hot and fresh. The drink hit the spot just as much as the food did, and I truly enjoyed it. Rebecca at the drive thru window was polite, helpful, and very professional. I will be back again.

I ordered a chicken finger snack and 2 apple pies from the drive through and I got my snack but I got strawberry pies
when I called they acted like they couldn’t hear me and hung up on me twice
I had specifically requested apple and when they asked at the window if strawberry was fine I told them no but they still gave me strawberry
This is the 3rd time I’ve went there and had a wrong pie because they can’t label their crap right it is absolutely infuriating that I spend money on something I can’t eat
