Wife got in on a late flight thought that I would stop by and get her something quick to eat for the drive home. Hours online say closing is 11:30 pulled into the drive-thru at 11:03 and was told they had just taken their last order for the night. 27 minutes till close and you stop taking orders. You should just change the hours to show closing at 11:00 then.

I now stop by this Burger King during my shift as an Uber Driver, and Wayne always stands out. He was quick, professional, and genuinely friendly, even though the place was busy. This location is lacking decent management. The food is pre-made and served cold, Ive ordered here twice in the past. Im sure they give this type of service counting on customers that are headed out of town, or too tired to complain after having been on a long flight. Sitting here before I order and employees are not wearing gloves, which include cooks, and maintenance position employees. Not wasting my money by ordering here.

The food was great at this location. It was well packaged, freshly made, and tasted great. The presentation of the inside was the best Burger King that I have seen. The location was incredibly clean and well kept. The space on the walls and ceiling are painted and stylized like no other Burger King I’ve visited this far.
The staff took over 5 minutes to stop laughing and joking around to even notice us to take our order. We stood there for a considerable amount of time before being greeted and we were the only people in the restaurant. Even while ordering other employees were distracting the cashier and cracking jokes, which caused him to turn, laugh and continue talking to him. After ordering they went back to aggressively laughing and horseplay. Most Burger King’s I have been in are understaffed with 2 people or so. This location had 5-6 people working but not attentive to customers. One on drive through, one on the counter and multiple cooks and what seemed to be a manager.
The food was good but the service is questionable. Friendly and nice but don’t seem to be interested in customers which is why they are there. Some attention is needed in how to greet a customer and how to act when guests are in the store.

Great experience overall. The staff was incredibly friendly, food was quick and fresh, the fries were actually the best BK fries I’ve had. The only problem was the soda machine was out of a lot of options. Not a big deal and the staff may have fixed it but I’m good with what options were available. Would come in again.

Pretty attentive staff. it is nice since it’s connected to the QT Mart and the gasoline station is right in front, it’s also convenient that the airport of San Antonio is nearby. The restrooms on the other hand are not so nice they are very dirty and you can tell they do not care about the maintenance or cleanliness of this particular location.
So I had to grab some lunch though, pretty good and I’d give it a seven out of ten.

I regularly stop here on my way to work and have consistently had friendly service and fresh, hot food. Matthew, one of the staff members, makes sure my order is correct and all the condiments and napkins are in the bag. Good start to my day!
