Came in for breakfast, and Desiree helped us from the moment we walked in everything was well and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait very long to be seated. The food came right away. It was hot. It was fresh. We were able to substitute the pork for turkey bacon, Desiree was on top of everything. The food was fresh. We were able to get Blueberry pancakes with fresh strawberries instead of the combo and everything just the way we ordered it 10 out of 10 totally recommend his location was clean. The staff was friendly and the food was great.

I brought my two kids here this evening. Initially I was irritated because when we walked in there was no one at the hostess stand and not another person I could see right away other than the cook. A few moments later Miguel G. popped around the corner to let us know it was only him working and to please be patient. I looked around and realised then that the only two employees I saw in the place was the cook and Miguel. I told the kids that we can eat there but to be understanding that it may take a while to order and get our food. I was a little nervous that when we did get our food, it may not be hot still. Despite Miguel having a 10 top, a five top, and multiple other tables full of people he never lost his composure and remained smiling, friendly, and upbeat. We ordered our food and drinks and although it took some time, everything came out hot and fresh and made correctly. We enjoyed just spending time together hanging out so we weren’t worried about how long it may take to get what we needed. I don’t know if Miguel is a supervisor, but if not he should be.

Went on a Friday morning and Jim was our server. He was the sweetest guy ever. Every table he interacted with was treated with sincerity and just wanted to give him a shout out! Thanks for the service Jim! Keep it up!

8pm dinner with my 3 sons and it was a pleasant dining experience. We were seated immediately after arriving. The dining room was clean and well maintained. Our food was prepared as ordered and we had no issues. Would most certainly return again!

Food was mediocre. Our server was great. But why does there have to be so much shouting? Shouting across the restaurant to each other. The servers, the cooks, the people who clean the tables. Guests are looking for a peaceful time out to eat. The shouting should not he going on out in the dining area. If that weren’t happening it would have been a great experience.

2024-April. There were lots of parking spaces available around the building.
We were here on a Saturday lunch. We waited for about 15 minutes until we got seated.
Our server was quick and professional. She got our drinks order, and later our main orders. She got everything correctly.
The food was ok. The restroom was clean.

I honestly can’t believe how bad the service was. It wasn’t even busy for a Wednesday night, and it looked like there was only one server, so at first we tried to cut him some slack. But he never checked on us—not once. No refills, no “How’s everything?”—nothing. And his attitude the entire time made it feel like helping us was an inconvenience.
The only good thing about the whole experience was that the food was decent—not amazing, just decent. To top it all off, our check was even wrong at first. Really disappointing, especially when the place was practically empty. Definitely expected better.

Was sat immediately, asked about drinks and menu within a couple of minutes of sitting. Service was spot on. My server checked in on us frequently and brought our food quickly. Food was delicious and my order was complicated and yet perfect. The only complaint I have is that the sun shade was broken off our window and the sunlight was hot and bothersome but besides that I am genuinely surprised by the service I received from this IHop.
