Overnight Waffle House and the crew was EVERYTHING. Amber was on the grill absolutely doing her thing — food came out hot, fresh, and perfect. But I gotta really talk about Vanessa, because she was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had, especially overnight. She was on top of everything without hovering, kept drinks full, checked in at the right times, and had such a good attitude the whole shift. You can tell she actually cares and isn’t just going through the motions. Even late at night when places usually feel rushed or grumpy, Vanessa made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The kind of service that makes you want to come back on purpose. This crew really held it down

Disgusting & Rude. We placed an online order for pickup. The cook obviously was in a mood and didn’t want to be there. We were missing bacon on 1 order, bread was soggy not toasted, waffles were runny, and the bacon we did get was BURNT so bad it couldn’t be eaten.

Made a quick online order. Drove about 5 minutes, passing another waffle house I might add, to get there. Walked in and was immediately greeted by 2 different workers!! The food was in the bag waiting and I was asked to check the bag to confirm. The food was HOT AND FRESH!! One of the ladies made the iced tea as soon as I said what I was there for so that it was fresh!! Excellent customer service!! The food was amazing!! I didn’t remember the bowls having so much food last time I had one. I couldn’t finish it!! Thanks!!

Coming late evening from work I was starving and stopped for a quick bite. My server Amber greeted me, in just a minute I had my drink, order taken and just few minutes later I was eating.

Waffle House on my radar for few months. Finally made it today – Saturday morning at Cummings.
Place was crowded on a cloudy Saturday Morning, shows popularity of the place. You take a seat and some one takes your order. I ordered a classic Waffle and coffee.
Coffee was not hot as you would expect. I felt it can be more hot. Interestingly the coffee is served in ceramic cups. I was expecting regular paper cups as everywhere.
Waffle was super smooth, crisp, not thick or thin. You get a choice of honey or syrup to add.
I would surely explore more with future visits.

Walked in the place half the restaurant was blocked off so you had to sit by the door. 17° outside. Ordered my food then the red-headed kid told me I had to move my truck out of the way I couldn’t park near the door. The parking lot was solid ice and wouldn’t serve me unless I move my truck. Very unprofessional won’t eat there again

As a Northerner, I don’t have the privilege of visiting Waffle Houses often. I love these places. They are Americana, no thrills, at its finest. The staff here was friendly, the place was clean, and the food was good and affordable. Keep up the great job! Side note: I love Waffle House records. The music is so fun!

There was no one inside the restaurant, very strange. We were about to enter, and the worker signaled to us that it was closed. We returned to the car. Another couple arrived right away, and they went in. He didn’t say anything to them. We actually felt discriminated against… we’ll never return.
