Last week I was so busy with groceries that I didn’t have time to cook at home. I was thinking of getting something quick for dinner, checked a bunch of restaurants, but most were close to closing so I didn’t order. Finally found Pollo Campero and decided to just grab it and eat at home.
By the time I got home, put the groceries away, and sat down to eat, it was almost an hour and a half later,so the chicken had lost its crispy bite. But still, the chicken was really tasty and nicely spicy. The 8pc meal was the perfect size for the four of us (including Jon and Boozo). We even saved 2 pieces for the next day

February 11th, 2026. I did an online order and when I got there, the first thing that should have made me leave was ALL the tables that were dirty with discarded food/orders left by previous customers!
There were other customers waiting before me and the cashier had her eyes down counting money from the drawer.
Everyone was just waiting. I finally walked up to the counter and said that I was there to pick up an online order, but she just told me to wait, and continued to count the drawer. Really? You can’t count the drawer after the customers are gone?!
I should have asked for a refund and left after I saw the pans of rolls uncovered right on the counter next to the lady counting the money from the drawer. No, I still gave them a chance.
She did stop counting and proceeded to fill the orders that were piling up, with an attitude, I might add. She was rude, the rolls were unsanitary, the restaurant was dirty, I only saw one other employee. I should have asked for a refund.
I ordered a chicken sandwich that just had pickles on it, really? The chicken in the meal was over done, but I guess that’s better than under cooked. The fries were all stuck together and soft like they had been microwaved, the beans were actually good. I did enjoy the Jamaica drink. All in all, I should have requested a refund. ♀️

I loved the experience I had at this place. The staff members were nice and friendly, such a welcoming atmosphere. The food was very tasty and very nice. I love how they have such a Latin vibe, great decision on coming here! for sure I’ll come back

I placed an order on Uber eats. Ordered a 12 piece half and half family meal. Received more baked because apparently I assume they ran out of fried at the time. My baked chicken was soaked and soggy. The wing I picked up to eat was still pink in the inside. My rice was crunchy and mushy. I order from here all the time and I’m shocked and surprised they would send this order out like the way they did.

This establishment location is always rude, the staff needs thorough training on basic customer service skills, We the consumers are PAYING customers looking for decent service when purchasing goods. I’ve had 3 negative interactions at their location by the staff, today I sat and ate inside with my family and cleaned after myself and asked for a trash can, the employee said we don’t have trash here you need to throw it outside? That’s insane when I was simply cleaning after myself, what do they do with the trash when customers eat inside and leave it there? It’s rude that I a paying customer did not have a location to throw my trash.

I should’ve looked at the reviews. Food is just horrible. Plantain tastes old. Yuca fries are stale, and the chicken is OVERLY greasy, like churches chicken. Almost inedible smfh. Waste of money!
