I have been meaning to try the new crispy chicken nuggets since I saw people posting videos on them.
Luckily, this Taco Bell was right along my drive.
The interior is very clean, better than average! Staff were friendly and patient.
I got the 10-piece Crispy Chicken Nuggets. They took about 8 minutes, and we’re pretty fresh. You can see the meat texture – definitely not grounded meat.
The Nuggets had flavor but didn’t have a signature taste. A dip is definitely required to get the full experience.
I would definitely choose this Taco Bell again.

Very Very VERY terrible customer service and I regret giving my business here to be frank that cashier shouldn’t work in the service industry again. I went with my mom around 11-12 in the morning before going to school. I have ordered from here before and never got bad customer service but I guess the morning shift sucks. My mom didn’t want to spend much but she wanted a chalupa so I myself ordered the luxe box and she ordered the number 1 with 2 chalupas. After seeing the price my mom said never mind and just wanted what I was getting which was the Luxe box. The cashier said she already made the food so we couldn’t change our order so my mom just drove to the window so she could talk to her. We explained to the cashier what we wanted and she said no and my mom said never mind to her food entirely. I wonder why the cashier couldn’t just put her chalupa in the box and call it a day but I digress. I’ve worked in the food industry before and this would be a non issue for a lot of places but I guess she just wasn’t having it this day. No one disrespects my mother like that so I hope the higher ups see this review.

Absolutely wonderful drive through experience. My receipt shows my cashier was Mir. The two people at the window were very nice and professional. It was nice to speak to a person at the drive through for my order. The man at the window had a conversation with me while I waited for my food. The food came out fast, hot and tasted great.

Today on December 3, 2025 after 6pm, I came to this location to receive items that were missing from the previous day, and returned to receive them. I want to thank the manager Mr.Jonathan for taking care of the customers by making a correction to the order. When I came in tonight I must say that my experience coming back was a very unpleasant and unprofessional one. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Ms.Jasmine G. if she is the actual person that signed on to that register. She looked up at the side of my head like I was the problem, and bothered by me mentioning about receiving what was already discussed to me. I was not there looking for a hand out, this was an order that had been paid for the day before. I was not the one who prepared the order the day before. I also wanted to add more items, that I would be paying out of my pocket, and she rudely walked away without hearing me out. So she sends Ms. Fatimah to help me with my order. I must that all my 5 star ratings is based on my experience with Ms.Fatimah. She was phenomenal and kind. She changed my feelings anger, to being able to smile. Whoever the manager me be, please acknowledge Ms.Fatimah for her act of kindness.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Husband and I spent $40 bucks at this Taco Bell tonight. Let me tell you, this is by far the worse location: the food was cold, hardly any taco meat and the shell was old and stale falling apart they also, didn’t get everything we ordered correct. Our cashier was Johnathan, he said everything was in the bag! Items were definitely missing! We called back and the lady manager was very combative as we were trying to explain. This was a horrible experience I know people will continue to come because it’s convenient but I won’t be back that’s for sure!

It’s Taco Bell so you get what you get however the customer service makes up for the food. They’re helpful, fast, and orders are prepared just as I order them with modifications.

I was trying my best to not give a bad review because I like Taco Bell in general. However I purposely avoid this location even if I have to drive out of my way to another location. Everything you order they skimp out on the food. For example I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it’s just a thin piece of grilled bread and cheese barely any chicken, sauce or cheese in it. Same will all the tacos and burritos. They are all just bread with barely anything in them. I would have thought maybe it was bad night for the employees, but not it’s every single time I go.

I ordered a delivery recently from this location. They literally put a teaspoon full of meat on a taco and literally 5 very small bits of steak on a burrito and filled it with nothing but rice. Guys seriously, you shouldn’t be doing people like this. If you run out of meat, just stop selling the item. Prices are already high and to pay extra and literally have to take your fork to dig through a burrito to look for meat is crazy work. I’m not hurting for money, so no, don’t think I want anything or want an apology. I didn’t even call the store because I didn’t think it was worth it. I just want you all to do better for others, especially those that could potentially be using their last in these times to eat.

Never will I spend money here again. Ordered a chicken soft taco and a burrito supreme. I’m super busy getting ready for Easter so I need a quick snack. Got over to Dollar store which is across the street. Opened bag ate the chicken the chicken taco look at the lack of meat inside. Played it off no big deal I’m hungry and need to keep moving. Opened the burrito supreme two bites all vegetables at this point I said no I went back to receive my money. I will say this is there a lack of quality control at these places or something else.

Last but not least my order was exactly the way i ordered it. Taco Bell should be honored that this representative works for their franchise. Great job Pierre. Courtesy, my order correct and a smile.
