15Dec2025 What a sloppy mess!? Young white kid with glasses wrapped the three tacos in aluminum foil Rather than a bowl with an aluminum cover. Then he proceeded to mash the aluminum foil together, right in front of me.
Been coming here 8 years, never had this BS.
Then, later asked me if I needed sides after I told him in the very beginning.
Then, I needed to hear from the young white female that they were out of the plates that split the sides.
There’s no reason for dishonesty, and lack of transparency for this sloppy mess. I don’t recommend this location until there’s new management.

Basically had someone stare at me for 5 mins before they asked how they could help me. Then i must have gotten the leftovers from the lunch rush as the chicken was super dry and tasted like it was sittin for awhile. Wife had barbacoa as well and she said it was really fatty. Normally this place smacks pretty good. But lately its been on and off. Still will go back tho.

My girlfriend ordered a burrito bowl at around 9:45pm at night, she came home to eat her food, only to discover a little screw and a piece of metal in her bowl. Never in my experience eating at Chipotle would I ever expect to find something like this. I am beyond livid and someone needs to be held responsible for this!

I placed an online order for delivery for our office at lunchtime, we ordered 6 bowls and 6 chips and 6 drinks. When we received our order we were missing half of our drinks, and one of the bowls looked like it went through a washing machine. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call the store and talk to a person and when you do get through to a person they cannot help you and tell you “go to the app for a refund.” I DONT WANT A REFUND! I just want the food to be correct! The “Convenience” of delivery is not worth it. We wont be ordering from Chipotle again. Such a shame.

I order online pick up so I can skip the line, but instead when I arrive, I have to wait for my order while the front line gets served first. Typically, I don’t write reviews unless it’s highly warranted, but this time I had to. I had to wait 30 minutes just for my order to be done. Not only that, this chipotle always looks dirty and the trash is always overfilled. After speaking with other people, it seems that it’s a common theme for this chipotle to be dirty and have very long wait times. Parking lot is also small. I now avoid going to this chipotle and instead choose other alternatives in town.

The young man at the register with gold chain could not be any less personable, eager to help, or slower in the process when he decides to finally do something! Absolutely crazy this guy was hired. I was in on Monday January 12 in the evening. If you’re goal is to completely tarnish Chipotles reputation this guy is doing a phenomenal job!

Had a large piece of plastic in my food and almost choked to death. I had to spit my food all over my car. Situation wasn’t taken seriously without any compensation. Seems to happen frequently because when I mentioned it to the manager, another worker mumbled “again?” Also I get upcharged a week prior; I got chicken 3 pointer and got charged for regular bowl.

WORST CHIPOTLE AROUND! Kid with the glasses always has an attitude, I guess he hates his job he should quit or be fired. Disorganized high schoolers always get everything wrong, small portions, rock hard over-cooked rice! It’s absolutely appalling, & talking with homies at the gym this place has a reputation of TRASH. There’s only like 6 different ingredients, how hard could it possibly be to read, order, & cook this food? Unfriendly staff, disgusting inside, overflowing garbage cans, loud clanging pans in the back like they’re dropping the food bins. Just totally disgusting. Even when you order half hour in advance, you get there & it takes another half hour! Insanely long wait times for scoopable slop food. What happened??!

These kids really don’t want to be here. I don’t blame them because they pay is probably marbles. Had to repeat everyone’s order more than once. They didn’t even have the ingredients at the counter for you to see just had to ask from memory while he scooped it from the table in the back. Toasted my tortillas for about 1.5 seconds which I don’t really see doing much. I asked for chips and queso and got the smallest container of cheese until I had to ask for the correct size. Cold soggy food for everyone. The only way to save the burrito was by air frying it at home.
