I ordered through the app at 1am. I get to the store, I’m told the fryers are down, there’s no tea, and I don’t recall the rest. I stopped listening as I ordered online. I get home with my food to bite into a stale, no cheese melted just shredded cheese, crispy cantina taco. So I call the store. Fryers have been down all day. So I ask because I know they get fried first thing in the morning. And I’m told prep was done this morning, as I know. They are trying to justify no fryers but fresh fried. (Wth?) So nobody can tell me when these stale shells were fried. Oh, I did get lied to and told it was this morning with no fryer. Understand that

11:05a, four ppl in drive-thru so went inside. Took over 5 mins to acknowledge me and take my order for a single vegetarian Mexican pizza. 10 mins later, still not ready. After 20 mins I had to ask for my money back. NO ONE apologized, or expressed any kind of customer service gesture. Boo. Will patronize a restaurant that can fulfill my needs on my lunch hour going forward.

I absolutely LOVE visiting this Taco Bell. This location has THE BEST staff – they are a hardworking crew, who are very skilled at what they do, and have never disappointed me during any of my visits. Anytime they don’t get your order 110% accurate, they are quick to respond to try to make it right, and when they just can’t, for whatever reason, they always make sure to hand out those free taco coupons. A lot of the locals, in this town, give the crew bad reviews over very minor issues. They don’t give them credit for busting their tails during every meal rush & never letting me down!!

First off we visited at about 3pm on a Thursday. There was no one at the counter you have to use the kiosk which is OK if you are using a card. The drive thru was very busy so it took a while to get our food. When they called our name they had forgotten to give us our drinks. I tried to get their attention several times and finally a guy was walking thru and I got his attention. There were no clean tables. And the trash by the door was overflowing. The food was warm and was standard for Taco Bell.

Was out of a lot of things we tried to order. Then when asking a question kept having to go ask someone else. Couldn’t substitute anything in the combos because they were out of things.
Literally almost everything we asked for.
Haven’t been in, in a while and don’t plan on coming back due to crappy service. VERY POOR SERVICE.

My food was incorrect as well as missing items. The quality of the other items were absolutely disgusting. I would have went back through the drive thru if there wasn’t six other cars that had also been waiting behind me. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service and especially the food quality.

The price of the bean burrito is higher than it used to be but the burrito itself is good. I have been satisfied with the service. They get my order right and don’t take long to get it to you. The quality of the food has remained the same too.
