Every time I go here, it’s a bad experience. People with attitudes and my order is always wrong. Today, I ordered for delivery and it was even worse. My salad bowl was missing the chicken and dressing and the bowl came damaged. The burrito came fallen apart. Chipotle in general just sucks now. I gave this location many chances but NEVER AGAIN.

Chipotle in Bridgeport, Ct at around 8PM on Aug 27. This Chipotle is VERY poorly managed. It is a complete mess. I was taking pics for the review & a couple of the female staff & shift leader Robert took a horrible attitude with me & is threatening to call the cops. We were not being unruly, rude or boisterous at all. Just taking pics for the review. They are telling me I have to leave because apparently they don’t like me showing the mess in here. I’m not breaking any law and now finishing my review. The garbage cans were all overflowing, the floor is a complete mess, EVERY table was a mess & no napkins or forks in the holders. There’s a few employees here who need a timeout.
Update: So they did call the cops on me. The officers were very polite & I apologized for this Chipotle for wasting their time. They asked if the staff asked us to leave and I said yes & we were ready to leave as we were done eating and done leaving a review. I sure hope corporate deals with the employees at this location as we will NEVER return…

This will be the last time I visit this chipotle chain. From uncooked rice, to overall crappy service, and NOW PLASTIC pieces in my salad bowl!!! STOP HIRING CARELESS PEOPLE! I literally could’ve swallowed and choked on this sharp piece of plastic hidden in my chicken and rice!!

I forgot the worker’s name, but she is of African American decent. She was amazinggg, I’m pretty sure she remembers me complimenting her on the portion size she was giving me hahaha. Being from NYC and stopping by this Chipotle on my way back home from my road trip made my experience so much more worth it. The entire staff had a very lively, friendly, and welcoming feel to them. They were very happy and were very friendly to my family and I. I hope life treats them well for their friendly charisma. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was well seasoned and prepared. As a CEO myself, this is the type of environment every company should have from their employees, staff that treats customers like family. Keep up the good work guys!

It’s funny I come on here here to make a complaint and apparently other people had the same experience at this establishment.. from the moment we walked in, there was nothing but attitudes. Like really bad to the point they couldn’t deny it if they wanted to. By the time we were leaving we didn’t even want the food anymore and it all got thrown out, literally everything we brought!! The food was cold but not colder then the attitudes we received. If you don’t like your job, you can simply go find a new one as customers did not choose this job for you And we do not deserve to be treated with an attitude like we’re in there, begging for free food or something. I was honestly waiting for a manager to step in and say something, but maybe they don’t even have one on duty that’s why these employees act the way they do or maybe the manager simply doesn’t care just like the rest of the employees, chipotle hires people that does not care about their business but what they don’t realize is if People stop coming there they wont have a job or simply a business anymore. I will not be stopping by spending money or supporting this business anymore because now I wouldn’t trust this staff here with my food and honestly that’s sad. Get it together because your loosing customers even though it’s obvious y’all don’t care about that either! I would recommend for everybody to take the extra 15 minute ride and go to the location in Shelton!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in any fast food restaurant in my life. Not only was the place entirely unsanitary and the display unappetizing, but the service was extremely slow and unfriendly and actually incompetent.
They are were also out of everything even cheese and even ice. The tables were dirty, behind the servers in the kitchen was noticeable filth. The straws were lazily refilled with the entire bag on the counter. No forks, no knives. The garbages were overflowing. The only reason there was a line because the people who were supposed to be serving were just unwrapping the little salsa containers while the bowls got backed up like by 10 and he was just blankly staring at us.
I barely even wanted to eat my food because everything was so unappetizing and unappealing. But I was so hangry after my experience I ate it anyway. But I did ask for a little bit of the spicy salsa and he added a whole scoop my food was practically inedible I was sweating while eating it.
I tried to put 0 stars but you can only put one for the least…

All I got served was attitude, eyerolls, teeth sucking and the bare minimum in my bowl!! Everyone else’s bowl was healthy but since I mentioned something about all the attitude they were serving, my bowl got violated.. horrible customer service in their.. every time I go here I buy food for 4-8 people, so I’m spending a decent amount of money but this location does not care.. I even brought it up to another staff member and that was for no reason because they simply do not care about their customers at this location..

I usually would not write a review but my experience at this chipotle on 1/8/26 was awful. I walked in around 12 for some lunch they were out of almost everything so I waited for the chicken to be cooked about 6 to 7 minutes (no big deal) but during that time the staff was arguing with each other. I get it tensions were high but no need for foul language with customers there. I witnessed a guy walk out because of how frustrated he was with the wait.
I then sat down to eat some food and they were all still going. I think this location could benefit from some training.

Im back for a part 2. This place will NEVER GET BETTER AND NEVER LEARN. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY OR MOBILE ORDER WITH THEM. This time they decided to put a whole avocado in that was hard to the touch and not even cut up. Disgusting, gross and lazy. Make sure you go in person and keep track of what food and how much food they put into your bowl, burrito, etc. Extremely inconsistent location. Food is 50/50, youll never know what you get. Fresh or not fresh. Most of the time I order online my bowl comes half missing.
