The chicken seem to be not fully cooked it was almost like being served mush no crispiness to the chicken I went in on a Tuesday where they have the 8 for 10 and they always running out of food because they couldn’t mix it up unless we waited for at least 20 minutes staff was decent but the food was horrible so this should be a need to be corrected some of us is getting tired of going to this place cuz it’s always a problem with the service of the food.

Ordered online for pickup while we were in the parking lot. When going to retrieve my food I walked up to the door and it was locked. Now, 10 minutes prior, we watched 2 people walk in and out and I heard the female working speaking through the drive thru. My husband has to walk all the way around to the other side of the building. Once he entered, she gave him a dirty look, and looked back at her coworker and said “weren’t we supposed to lock the doors?” To which he responded with a “yeah”. Irregardless, they were rude, unfriendly, and make the interaction very uncomfortable. Once we got home and looked at our food, it was clear that they rushed through it, and didn’t make it properly. My husband has the fries_cheese curd bowl and there were barley any friends and no gravy and I had a famous bowl and there was 4 pieces of chicken and if I have to take a guess about 2 to 3 spoonfuls of corn. The portioning for the money was absolutely nothing worth it.

Ordered pick up said it was ready at 5:10 as promised, it wasn’t finally ready almost 25 minutes late, even after waiting for was terrible. Said it had new management not to long ago, they need to try again, big fail.
Wouldn’t recommend. Has to be the worst run KFC I have ever been to. No drink carrier. Had to put my drinks in a bucket.

The hours say they close at 9pm.
I pulled in drive thru at8:20pm sat there for 10 minutes. All employees were outback smoking. Finally a person answered, said they were closed ,for were all out ove chicken
I said are you for real, are out are just don’t want to cook more.
She told me to have a nice day and slammed the drive in window in my face.
This place is a real disgrace to the KFC and let me say I’ll never stop here again.

This is the LAST time I go to this location on Dix in Lincoln Park. And, it’s a shame, too, because they’re 5 minutes from my house! The last two times I placed my order online, my food is COLD by the time they give it to me! I LITERALLY have to come home and warm it up!! My food is done fairly quickly (which is good), BUT, because they’re SOOO slow, it sits there for 5-10 minutes before I get it!! If you like cold food thats SUPPOSED to be HOT, then this is your place!

Don’t go an hour before closing. They will try to spin you until you get sick of waiting and leave. Also, staff is rude, restaurant is dirty and food is straight cheeks. Filed a complaint with HQ.

The food sucks! it was cold, the chicken was dry and disgusting, my fries were stale, salty, and came in a taco bell box(?). my drink was disgusting and NOT what i ordered at all. my biscuit was dry and stale which was very disappointing. this location also has terrible customer service as the employees seem like they do not want to be there and do not try to be kind. this experience was overall TERRIBLE and i will never go again.
