Today was my first visit to this place in Mustang, Oklahoma, and I fell in love with the restaurant, the staff, the food, and the cocktails. The staff was very attentive. From the moment you walk in, the service is absolutely outstanding. And Valeria, the waitress, was sweet, friendly, and attentive. The food was fresh and hot. I’ll be bringing my employees here for a Christmas gift. Highly recommended! 1000000000%

First time at this new location, friendly staff, clean,nice sporty atmosphere, the food was not that good, we both got the sampler, my traditional wings were dried out hardly any chicken, the Mozzarella sticks dried out and some empty of cheese, the rest was just like getting frozen stuff from Sam’s, Pretzel bites and cheese was good even though like every where else. Dessert was good even though not original.

This is without a doubt the best Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. I’ve been scorned by the poor service at other local BWW establishments recently. Emma, Meesh, and Hannah did an incredible job behind the bar. Every time our drinks were empty, all three of them came by to ask if we needed a refill. Compared to other BWW locations, this is exemplary. The facility is very new, very updated, and the food was exceptional. I truly hope the General Manager of this location sees this review and understands how hard his employees work. This was a well oiled machine that served me beer and wings. Fantastic job.

Seated quickly and then 45 min for cold wings and lots of missing items from our order. New food came out 25 min later with heavily heavily sauced wings and little to no fries. Zero refills. This makes three times with poor service. Sad to see it go down so fast. They better get it together quick

Food was great but server was new and not knowledgeable with their menue items especially burgers and sandwiches and new items like new sauces on burgers and sandwiches. She was so attentive that it felt like we were being rushed. We were having drinks and food so we meant to hang out for a min. It was late and not to busy. I even asked if she wanted us to go ahead and pay so she could leave if we were her only table and she said no she was going to be there for hours more so I guess im so use to wrap service that I don’t realize it when im getting great service lol.

This is the best BWW experience I have ever had. The bar staff, Meesh, Hannah, and Emma were incredible. All three would ask us if we wanted another drink. Constantly good service. This is such a well run establishment for them just having open. The bar is much larger than Yukon’s, so even better.

Our to go order was 30 minutes late and they forgot the salsa with the chips and salsa, so I had to go buy some elsewhere. I understand this is a fairly new location, however, even eating dine in took almost an hour. We will probably be going to the Yukon location from now on.

Cody our server was excellent. Everything that you want, attentive, direct, and most of all great with our little one. The food is on par with every other BDubs I’ve ever been to. In my experience great service takes any food over the top and Cody certainly delivered.

Great service I was very excited to come to this location in Mustang. It was at first getting busy then slowed down.It took almost two hours to get my husbands food after the first one they brought after 45 minutes was wrong. My food was cold but I was just happy I finally got it after being at work. I know this is a new location and they did comp our meals but the manager did not even touch base with us at least once. All he got was a bacon triple burger and wedges. The poor waitress was having the hardest time saying sorry every couple minutes and I guess messed up meals are not priorities. I have done fifteen years in the food service and I can say waiting tables usually managers are on top of correcting issues. I am not sure what this manager was doing.
