Burger King always hits the spot! The food is fresh, hot, and made just the way I order it. I really like their Whoppers and crispy fries — they’re consistent every time. The staff at this location are friendly and keep the dining area clean, which makes the experience even better. Service is usually quick, even during lunch rush. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick meal that tastes great!

Always love my Burger King. This visit to to location missed the mark. Fries warmed up in the microwave. Quality control issues. My impossible burger burned on the edges. Will’s chicken sandwich was good. Long wait for food….

This is the 2nd burger king to ever be put in Jacksonville texas, for over 40 yrs they have been crappy , the new one here ,takes the cake.
Pulled up placed order went to 2nd window and paid got drinks ask to pull forward while they finish the French fries and she will bring them out . Pulled up waited 25 minutes, 2 other vehicles came through the first one , lady got food and immediately started eating fries, after it was clear I back to the window and noticed a bag on the counter , raised hell and told them they suck not burger king, but the employees, not worth 2 bucks an hour..

I pulled up to the speaker and was asked to wait a moment. No problem. Then 4 cars show up after me and were pulled through the other speaker all while I’m still sitting there waiting. After 20 mins I went inside for my food where I then had to wait 10 more minutes. Then I asked to speak to the manager and was given major attitude and waited 20 minutes before I just gave up. In town running errands and stopped in for a burger, fries and drink.
Bill was $11.03 and I really threw the counter guy a curve ball when I pulled out 3 pennies and a $20 dollar bill. That I didn’t mind, math and computers ain’t my thing either.
I’ve eaten at Burger King here and there all my life but never had a burger so tough.
Been a few weeks since I’ve eaten at this particular restaurant, but I’ve never had one so tough.
It’s like the meat was dry. Had this patty been under a lamp too long?
Still can’t figure this out.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a cup of ice. I waited 10 minutes and still did not receive my ice. I pulled up got out of my car, waited in line and the girl behind the counter @ 12:19 pm smirked and before I said anything, said “here is your cup for your ice” rude, disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL
