We came as a group of 5 and paid 15,90€ more without any reason.
The food was okay, however, the appetizer was plain without any spices.
Unfortunately, we had to pay for the aforementioned appetizer 2 times, although we explicitly said to the waitress “one appetizer for all of us”. When we wanted to ask why there were 31,80 instead of 15,90 the chef started yelling and getting mad when we tried to explain that we only ordered one.
It would be great if the size of the food (whether it’s for 1, 2 or 3 people) would be written in the menu OR told to the guests by the waitresses.
Also that the staff could more polite.

Update 2022 January: the pizza is quite good, better than last time. And so is the pasta. Had the tomato soup for starters and that is huge and definitely fills the stomach. And very tasty. The service is very kind and friendly.

Atmosphere was really good but the service was really really slow. We were 5 people and 4 of my friends got their food (spaghettis and soups) after approximately 1hr of order. They were supper disappointed by the taste, unfortunately. After 15mins, I got my food which was wrong. Then I had to complain for it (Good thing was the waitress was really understanding). Then I had to wait for another 40mins to get my food. Luckily my food (Gratin di Patate) was tasty though.

The staff is kind, the meals are delicious. We had a little incident with one of our dishes, but the staff handled it very professionally. Thank you for them! You can eat gluteinfree pasta here as well. I would recommend the place.

Extremely bad service. Made reservations for 15 people, they were unprepared and we waited 2 hours for the food. Mine came last, after several complains. Apparently my pizza got burned and they were making me a new one and I came down to see the chef placing the toppings from the burned pizza on the new dough. Not to mention that the chef was super annoyed with me complaining about the service. I also ordered pizza without cheese due to health issues and asked for the garlic oil instead. At the end I had to pay for everything plus 1,50€ for the garlic oil. So I would not suggest anyone to go here if they want a nice relaxed Italian meal. Really tragic people skills. This is not how you treat your guests.

We had quite a bad experience here. We had to wait for more than an hour for our food and our orders were not brought to the table at the same time. Additionally, they made a mistake with our order twice and were rude about it, which made things even worse. I hope they can at least offer a better service in the future.
