Why is it, just because we are getting rid of the penny, that big company like this feel that they should get to keep the 3cents? Ypu already make crazy money on charging 5 bucks for a bigmac that the patties way 3oz total on for two. This is just wild to me. Guess big ceo’s will be getting a bigger bonus at the end of the year for all the pennies they’re keeping from consumers. Just saying. Thanks, peace.

My kids love coming to this McDonald’s location. The kids play area is very nice and clean. The interactions I have had with the people who work at this location have been polite and accommodating. I highly recommend.

I ordered my meal, they got it wrong. So i ask for them to remake it, as well as I asked for fresh fries and they were COLD! They ask me what size fries I got, I say i got a large bc i did. The give me a damn medium. The people here are rude as well.

Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and small fries at this McDonalds today. When I got home, I found the QPC to be cold , dry with both the burger and bun burned. The fries were no better. They were cold, dry and tasted like a wood pencil.
While a McDonald s manager refunded my cost for the QPC and fries, he went out of his way to avoid addressing how food this bad could be sold to the customers.
These McDonalds managers are responsible for deliberately allowing this bad food to be sold to the public instead of being thrown away. As such I would caution everyone to think twice before buying any food from this McDonalds.

Ordered on app. One of the meals should have been a Quarter Pounder with cheese, fries and diet Dr Pepper. Received a Big Mac meal. On top of getting the wrong sandwich, the large fries had same amount of fries as medium sized fries in the order!! Called the store in Bluewater Bay…the guy answering the phone asked if I was still “out and about.” Since I was not, there was nothing he could do about this except tell me to request a refund in the app. There was something he should have done…making an apology for their error would have gone a long way!!!

Waited almost 30 minutes for “fresh” chicken, and was served a big piece of fried cartilage and fat , couldn’t even bite into the sandwich was like a rubber band. Last time I ever come through there. Disgusting worst experience I’ve ever had with this McDonald’s.
