This Dunkin’ is hands down the best. I drive 35 minutes just to come here, even though there’s one only 6 minutes from my house—and it’s absolutely worth it. The donuts are always amazing, and the employees never mess up an order. Stephon is incredibly sweet and fantastic with customers. You can truly tell that the people who work here love what they do, and it makes such a difference. I’m so glad this Dunkin’ has such an amazing team! And foodd as well….lol go Dunkin!!!!! ☕️

I stopped at this Dunkin while charging my car and just wanted to grab something quick to eat. Unfortunately, my experience was concerning. The employee who helped me, Marlene (or Marliana), prepared food using her bare hands and was scooping items like sandwiches and hash browns without gloves or utensils, which raised serious sanitation concerns.
In addition, the interaction at the register felt uncomfortable, as it seemed like my order was an inconvenience rather than a normal customer request. I truly don’t want anyone to lose their job, but proper food safety and customer service standards are important. I hope management can review sanitary practices and provide additional training to help prevent situations like this in the future.

The crew here are always so pleasant! I don’t get to stop often, but if I need some extra caffeine before work, I will stop here for a cold brew coffee. Definitely a great crew and wonderful customer service, so keep up the good work guys!

This place should be shut down. The orders are always wrong, food burnt or missing. The staff are the most disrespectful ppl I’ve ever seen in the service industry.
The customer before me wanted her coffee light, (it looked like mud). When she asked for cream to add the employee gave her a complete attitude & told her they were short staffed. She just wanted what she ordered & then 2 other employees came to yell at her. I spoke up to defend her & the manager said we both needed to get out or he was calling the police. This place is a disgrace to the DD franchise. The one on champions Gate is 1000 times better, fresh food, friendly service & clean.

The service is terrible, but the product is even worse. Almost everytime visiting this location, I’ve received watered down coffee. They are too cheap to order enough coffee, so instead they just water it down and hope you don’t realize. Not to mention, I’ve gotten espresso from this location numerous times that didn’t taste right either, it tasted like I was just drinking a cup of milk. I will never return to this location and Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a store to use their name and operate like this. If I were you, do NOT go to this location you will regret it.

Just like any other Dunkin, nothing extraordinary. Service was friendly and quick. The store was clean and welcoming. I had the iced machiatto and it was refreshing but I wouldn’t say it was great

Of the thousands of Dunkin’s I’ve visited, this is the worst. The service is terrible, the cashiers are bitter. I’ve had to order, wait in a long line, and when I got to the window, they Just told me the espresso machine was broken. I’m a big fan of the hot caramel latte, and I’ve also worked at a Dunkin’, so I know how to make delicious coffee, but they just screw it up. It’s the only place I’ve ever had a terrible caramel latte made.

I go here almost 3 times per week and the staff there is always so great! Especially Stephon and a young lady I believe her name is damerus if I caught it correctly, but they are also so quick to get me in and out of the store and are always so kind!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Every single time I go to this Dunkin the lobby is closed despite the option to pick up in store when you order on the mobile app. The final straw with this store was when I went through the drive thru yesterday and the employee greeted me with a welcome to McDonald’s. I chalked it up to him just being bored and ordered my food and drink. The sandwich that your employees at this store gave me was disgusting and inedible and old. The egg on it was shriveled up and dried and smelled rancid, the bacon was almost non existent and burnt. It looked like it has been prepared the day before and left to sit. This store needs to shut down and clean house and train new employees and management because clearly they lack manners, pride in their workplace and lack knowledge in food safety. Someone is going to get very sick from eating here.
