Been to Bushy’s before, but not for a very long time (due to service issues and food quality). Our friends wanted to try the Friday Fish Fry, so we agreed to go. Go there around 7:00, it was busy, but there were still several open tables in the bar area.
Our server took a while to get to us, but after the initial contact he did a great job (Thanks Trey). We ordered an assortment of fish, and burgers. Everything came out relatively quickly, the temperatures were all good (even the frys were nice and hot). The burger was done to order (medium). The potato pancakes were very good too, nice an crispy.
Overall a really good experience.
My only complaint was the noise level, and there are video games throughout the bar area. We could have done without the extra unnecessary noise.

Great place, I haven’t eaten here for years and it still doesn’t disappoint. Solid wings! We had the buffalo, very solid, cooked perfectly and were nice and hot. Pulled pork was good, but nothing incredible, but good! We had a couple other sandwiches and they were very good! We need to eat here more often, great choice when you’re in Hales Corners…

Met up with relatives for an evening meal. Service was excellent and the food was awesome. Menu had a good selection and prices were very reasonable. The bar area was fairly packed but the dining area was peaceful and tastefully done. I would go again.

One of my top 3 fish fries in the Milwaukee area. Good selection of beer. I’ve been drinking the Alaskan Ale when we come here.

The bartenders are great! Especially Wendy! We were hungry and didn’t know what to get so we ordered the “Big Mix” appetizer which was HUGE and only 16.99. Super awesome deal.

We had a baby-shower for about 50 people and they did an awesome job! Wendy was over the top super kind, and really worked hard! I can not say enough good things about Bushy’s. Very disappointed in Bushys Pub. Had a decent experience with food & service utill they gave us the bill. No free refills on Soda! It was a group of 3 they wanted to charge us $24.50! I went back and forth with the manager and owner- the owner ripped the recipt out of my hands and said fine take it off and threw it behind the bar!
I think it should have been said or marked somewhere, especially if the waitness was asking if we wanted more soda. && the behavior of the owner is beyond me! Will never be back or recommend to anyone based off the sevice not making it known no refills and the owner acting that way.
