I’m quite literally sitting here, watching the Bills game as I type this review. I ordered the chicken salad cesar wrap (pictured) with grilled chicken. It tasted very good and the fries are incredible! The fries are good warm or cold. There’s bar service besides getting drinks from the server and there are specials every day for drinks. Highly recommend coming out for a game if you’ve got the chance. Even if it’s a Panthers game, playoff game, or any other sports game, I think the atmosphere is fun and you’re sure to find some friends when you come.
The bathrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper. The sinks were a little wet but it’s nothing I have a problem with. I like that they had Bath and Body works soap because honestly, it smells really good.
Our server was Alex, who is a server and a bartender. She is very sweet and does her best to be attentive even on a very busy playoff game night. Hope you get to sit with her or sit at the bar with her! Thanks Alex for always refilling our drinks!
Either way, very good location. In the most walkable part of Charlotte (South End, obviously) and super easy to get to. The rail trail isn’t too far and there are plenty of apartments around here so you have so many options to live and walk to a bar that has great food, plenty of televisions to watch the game, and good service. Highly recommend

Emma is an amazing server and is fantastic under pressure. She’s helping out a tremendous amount of people, cleaning, and still giving a 5 star experience during a Panthers playoff game. The Panthers haven’t been in the playoffs in over 10 years so the amount of people that turned out is staggering. Excellent server and service and will be back just for her. A+ Well done.

This is my first time here and it was the worst experience. It was so freezing cold inside the food. It was OK nothing spectacular but the customer service of the waitress was not what we expected. A nice place like this we had to look for her to get our order taken And when she brought the food that was the last time we seen her for 45 minutes, she never came back to the table even as we were getting ready to leave. We had to look for her to get our check. Overall of nothing else is open. Sure, the food is acceptable, but the customer service is horrible.

This place is poorly managed. Waited 25 minutes for an appetizer, and had to get the attention of a different waitress to even ask where the food was. Short blonde waitress was clearly overwhelmed, and kept her head down every time she walked by our table. I feel bad for her because there was only 2 servers for the entire restaurant on the night of the CFB National Championship where every table was full. Finally got her attention and we were told we couldn’t order more food because the kitchen was backed up for “over an hour” on tickets. After waiting another 45 minutes for her to come back, we just paid and left because we figured the wait for more food would be longer. No manager on site. Whoever owns and runs this place should be embarrassed, because you’re embarrassing your own employees by setting them up for failure.

So much potential given the location, the available space, and the patio. The beer was cold, and the tater-tots stole the show. Probably the saddest Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The wife’s Chicken Parmesan was no better. Not bad or gross mind you, but all around meh. Sonny (sp?) was friendly (lunch visit). Jasmine (sp?) was pleasant and kept our beers fresh (afternoon/football visit). Those 2 kept the review from being lower.

When it comes to the burgers, they were good but unfortunately fell short of expectations for a full american experience. While the patties had juiciness and were cooked well, they lacked flavor and the toppings were nothing extraordinary. If you’re a burger aficionado, you might find yourself a bit underwhelmed by the offerings. I believe it was best said by my friend at the table that the fries stole the show over everything. However, if you’re already in a jovial state, the burgers can still satisfy a craving for something hearty.
In summary, All American Pub may not be the top choice for outstanding service or memorable burgers. However, if you’re already a little drunk and looking for some late-night sustenance without high expectations, it can be a suitable option. I love All American Pub anyway (as well as ALL the restaurants under the bottlecap group umbrella).
When I lived uptown I used to host all my casual business meetings here because of the great atmosphere, food and let’s not forget free WiFi.
I came here for an exclusive invite-only event today and I was super excited to get to try out the new menu because everything I’ve had hear has always been great. They definitely knew how to get the party started because the first thing we tried was the Drunken D (Frozen Sunny D with orange vodka). They’re usually $8 but $5 every Monday. I can’t wait to come back and get more.
We were able to try quite a few food items. Pretzel bites with beer cheese, Buffalo chicken quesadillas, spicy teriyaki wings (A….wait for it MAZING), bacon cheeseburger, triple decker club (My second favorite), and a skillet made chocolate chip cookie topped with ice cream and chocolate fudge for dessert. I definitely gained 10 pounds but it was so worth it!
I can’t wait to come back one Sunday for a game and try a few more things.

I had the Buffalo chicken dip and wings,it was really good. The food and outdoor sitting area makes for a good date night. They play music which was okay. The location where American Pub is located be prepare to pay for parking in the parking lot near by.

honestly, not the greatest place if you wanna get a drink during the Panthers game because they serviced sucks, they care about tables that have reservations versus the bar you’ll get a 30+ wait when you are waiting at the bar. Not impressed at all.
