I live locally and come here to grab a quick meal here and there. Food is always ok, some meals are better than others. Came here today and grabbed lunch and the staff just looked at me like I had three heads and it just wasn’t the greatest experience. Not sure I’d recommend them. It’s happened a few times. Just weird.

Placed an online order to eat at establishment. Opened my sub to find it only had meat and cheese. There are no other condiments that I ordered. I went up to counter and said “excuse me there is nothing on this”. The girl starts swinging her head and hands around and starts arguing with me. After she realizes she messed up she did offer to remake it or give condiments, but No Thank you. I’ll deal with it. Don’t argue with me. I mean the offer she made was with Big Attitude. Will not return to this Subway. Really sad how service is nowadays.

I’ll tell you right now don’t go here for any type of they do not have no wraps. They tried to give you Peter bread. Squished flat. So when you go here to get a wrap don’t go here for the wraps even though they have it posted on their Windows which is messed up. I’m updating it because my wife just went here again and on top of it they messed up the sub and they said oh we can’t remake it we’re going to have to charge you so she purchased that and purchased another sub which is ridiculous they told her certain fees they put the wrong cheese on it. Ridiculous

Placed an online order for the office. The girls were still working on the order when I walked in and they were talking about how “big” the order was and that “they didn’t even tip” I couldn’t help but laugh because I planned on tipping with cash. Told them I was there for pick up—which they both looked mortified—and began complimenting my hair and tattoos. I left, no tip. I’ll order from walnutport next time. I couldn’t believe what happened but also couldn’t help but laugh and how entitled everyone is anymore.

The workers they have there now are EXTREMELY lazy and unfriendly, took someone 10 min to waddle over to me and ask for my order when there were 2 customers and 4 employees in the store, refused to take a coupon that was a day past its expiration date. This store specifically has gone down hill.

The ladies in the Schnecksville Subway are the best. On a recent visit I asked for the sandwich called Mezza Meat. They told me that it was no longer offered but that didn’t stop them for offering top notch customer service. They put together the sandwich without so much as a sigh or whimper. Thank you for satisfying my taste buds. I will definitely be back.

Staff is friendly, food is fresh and you get what you order. My problem is the staff does a lot of smoking at the back door which they leave open while they smoke. The cigarette smoke wafts in and gags you while you sit in the lobby eating. It was so bad that we (family of four) had to wrap up our food and leave. On top of that, there is (what appears to be a homeless man) a man who hangs out here quite often. I don’t have an issue with that at all as the restaurant tries to help him out. The problem is when he stands right outside the front door and smokes and again the cigarette smoke wafts inside ruining your dining in experience. We have since decided to go to a different location when we are craving a sandwich.

Every time I come here the employees are super nice and usually have lengthy conversations with their regulars. Very smiley, I love it here. This is how you staff a franchise!

My husband and I ordered two footlongs. His had black olives by mistake which he does not eat. They remade his and it was a total mess. Fell apart everywhere which is frustrating when you have to eat in your car because there’s no dine in. Mine barely had any sauce on it so he had to go back inside and ask for mayo. They didn’t give him any??? So I had to go in and get it. I pretty much had to pry it away from the kid who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. My sandwich was barely toasted and absolutely awful. The bread was old. Btw, I worked at subway for 2 years. I wish I could give this place 5 stars but y’all have barely earned two.

I always have good service when I come here. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. My only complaint is that parking is sometimes a bit rough during busy hours but that’s not a huge deal.
