I go here a lot but today I had terrible service! absolutely pathetic. Was asked what I wanted and told her and she rolled her eyes at me, did not respond at all nor acknowledge. I then went down to the next worker and she was very rude and making comments. While i was paying she was rolling her eyes and then shoved the food on the table and said “have a good night” in a very rude way. There was also a line behind us and it took forever, no communication by the two working.

Orders are always wrong, Which is perplexing cuz you’re standing right there telling them how to make it yet they always mess it up. Online orders are NEVER right. The manager is rude and unwilling to remake a sandwich when she’s messed it up. Constantly out of menue items without notifying customers until they’ve already ordered. Used to be a great place and a welcome addition to the town but now it’s a waste of time.

Quick friendly service. Much better than the last time I was here when the sandwichmaker had their 2 small kids running amok (Google “running amok” so you truly understand what was happening) and she didn’t care what you wanted on your sandwich as she was yelling at her kids.

I ordered online went to pick it up got it when I get home I open it up and no double meat so I go back and they are packed so I wait in line the lady calls me over asked what’s wrong I told her she pulls her copy of receipt told her no double meat she says it didn’t have it looked at ticket and was like ohh ok I’m sorry makes me a new one and all is good could have made me wait but didn’t and took care of it with no issues
