This location is HORRIBLE.. I just left this place, and one of the workers and the managers should be held accountable. I rarely go to McDonald’s, but I promised my daughter a happy meal today because she just got out of the hospital. I ordered from the drive through. I ordered her a chicken nugget happy meal, and a one 6pc piece nugget, and a small fry for me. I told them the sauces as well. I pull up to pay, and the eldery lady asked me if I ordered 2 happy meals. I told her no, and she got to the correct order so I could pay. I drive up to get my food and we get the happy meal, and then the additional bag with was supposed to be a small fry and 6 pcs nugget. I asked the worker if the additional sauces that I order were in there and told her which ones. The worker says no we only gave 2, so I asked for the additional 3 sauces that I paid for. When we pulled away I took the fries out and noticed the 6pc nuggets weren’t there. Instead it ACTUALLY WAS the sauces that I had asked for, that the lady said she didn’t put in there. Part of it is my fault for not checking everything to see if all the food was there. But the line was super super long. I was holding the bag from the bottom, so it felt like the nugget container was at the bottom of the bag, when in fact it was just sauces. I go back through the drive thru to explain what happen. That’s when a different worker comes to me and says “we gave you the nuggets and put it in the bag”! I said no because they weren’t there. Why would I lie about a 6pc nugget? Like I really want to turn around and drive all the way back around. She then says “and next time you pay for extra sauces!!”. I said the nuggets weren’t in there and showed her the bag. She accused me of lying and then reluctantly hands me another 6 pc nuggets after minutes of insulting me, insinuating that I’m trying to steal. She then goes, “we put it in there, I don’t know what happened to them, I guess they just disappeared.” Then I straight out asked her if she was accusing me of lying, and her obnoxious answer said it all. I told her I’m calling corporate and reporting her and she shut the wi dow in my face. But then, I changed my mind and had my husband park and I went in to speak to a manager because this isn’t ok to do to paying customers. That’s how they treat a paying customer, like garbage. And almost refusing to give me the nuggets they forgot to give..I tell the manager, she says hold on and never comes back and ignores me, and then the other one too. She stayed stoned face and said “so”? I went inside calm and just explaining what occured. I had worked in the food industry a long time in the past. Mistakes happen. If a customer brought to my attention that something was missing, I wouldn’t almost refuse to give them the missing item. I would never call them a liar. I’m always polite, both as a former food worker, and as a customer. I don’t treat fast food workers like crap or any human being. But when this happened I did elevate my voice slightly because she almost refused to give me my missing item, accused me of lying, and accused me of trying to steal 2 or 3 addional sauces without paying. Point of the story, don’t go here. Terrible treatment.

Food is good, always hot. But it’s December and the kids play place is freezing!!! I took my daughter here in hopes of getting a good meal (that didn’t stay hot) and some fun indoor play. There needs to be heat in the kids area!!!

Took my 3 little grandboys for chicken nuggets and big macs. The food was fresh and hot. They played after eating in the play area. Parking was no problem on a Saturday at 1pm.

I asked a question pertaining to the daily double and decided on not getting it. The guy taking my order started to give me an attitude, and insisted I get the daily double. Once I firmly told him no, he began talking with an attitude. His whole demeanor was horrible. He acted as if I offended him because I didn’t get what he wanted me to get. This experience will definitely prevent me from coming back.

Not one table was cleaned when I walked into sit down and eat, it was disgusting. So I asked the girl behind the counter She gave me a nasty reply that I had to wait.So I asked her to see the manager and again she told me with an attitude I have to wait I’m never going back to this disgusting place ever again

Whats with this new rule that breakfast deals are only available before 10:00 A.M.? The app clearly states that the terms of the deal is that the deal is “Valid when product served”. This is unacceptable and whatever idiot made this new time restriction should change it back before an official complaint for false advertising gets filed with the Attorney’s General. I wasted my time going to get breakfast this morning because of this.

I waited 30 minutes for my food which was made wrong. The people who ordered WAY after us got their food maybe 5 minutes after they ordered even though they ordered more food. When we told her they made our food wrong she took it and threw out the original, however when they made someone else’s food wrong, they let them keep their old order and gave them a new one.

I like going to this McDonald’s, but it needs room for improvement as orders are always wrong. The good side to this McDonald’s is that it is very clean and it has a play area for the children which is a plus if you are a parent who needs to have a little time to themselves why there kids play. They also have free Wi-Fi at this location, which is very helpful if you need to do work. Play area is fairly small and it does get filled pretty quickly at times and they do close it every day from my believe 3 to 330 to clean up so keep that in mind.

This place is nothing but trash! First, every time you drive to the drive-through you’re sitting there waiting for 25 minutes then you order and they can’t get it right! Nobody in this McDonald’s knows what they’re doing! I will never go back there again and I don’t recommend anyone else going there as well. Absolutely horrible. this is what you get on a crispy chicken sandwich no sauce nothing except for buttered pickles. Dry it’s just nasty.
