Yesterday I ordered 15 wings all flats got 12
Today tried again same order 15 all flats recieved 11
Called the store ask to speak to a manager waited 9 minutes on hold no manager ever came to the phone.
They need to make sure people can count when they are hired and hire managers with some basic manager skills to pick up the phone and deal with the customer complaints.

BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS!!! They will mess your doordash order up royally. Save yourself the time and hassle. I ordered all flats, like how hard is that to fulfill? Then to barely put any sauce on the wings? The cajun fries had grit on them that felt like I was eating sand or dirt. They better hope I don’t get sick, because I will be seeking compensation.

Horrible food and employees. They sent me undone wings and dried out corn. I was told to bring it back and when I did they were very rude to me and didn’t replace it. The kids working was running around like it’s a day care and being rude. The assistant manager and manager were rude. I will never eat there again.

the food is good and comes at a reasonable time when the place isn’t packed . my biggest pet peeve about this place is that they have no trash can around their drink dispensers area ( they have a comically tiny one that you can only throw your straw wrappers away in). if they just get a regular trash can nearby then this place would be solid. great late night eats overall.

This restaurant needs to be shut down immediately. The food quality is beyond horrible. Undercooked wings, fries are old. Food was cooked in old grease. If you good food from this franchise, don’t spend your money at this location!
