i just order 6 pan pizzas, it was on deal this day , but, the same flavor that i expect from a pan pizza isn’t there, bread was like pre cooked pizza, not even baked on their mold for make it taste crispy and buttery. i had a bad experience today with pizza hut, hope they make it better next time and gave me a really bake pizza in a mold, not on a precooked aluminum thing.

Ordered a pizza melt. The crust was so overcooked that it was pretty inedible. Cardboard with marinara would have been better! Had boneless Parmesan chicken wings and they were so hard even my dog wouldn’t eat them.
If possible it would be no stars. I really hate leaving negative reviews but this truly was terrible!

Be careful when ordering from this place. I got the wrong size pizza (ordered a Large, received a Medium) wrong crust, the pizza was dry and brittle, no sauce to be seen, cheese and toppings: overcooked. I was planning on sharing the pizza in small bites with my toddler. It was so over cooked and dry he would choke on it. Will not be ordering from this location again. Paid $35, only got $26 back on DoorDash. Lame

Ordered a heart pizza w wings and food delivered thru door dash. Driver had to make other stops on the way so the food was cold and shaken by the time it arrived. Items were also missing from the order and customer service was unable to help at all. All calls to this restaurant are re routed to a call center in another state so you cant reach anyone in the store unless you go in person.

I saw the reviews after I placed my order and feared the worst, but nothing could be further from the truth. The pizza was great! I loved it! It was cooked perfectly, had a good presentation, follow my instructions, and tasted amazing. Definitely one of the best I’ve ever had.

Went to pick up on 7/29/2025 around 10pm. When I arrived home the pizza was not cut and was partially cooked, only enough to melt the cheese. The dough was still pliable and soft.

The past two times I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut I have ordered the backyard barbecue chicken pizza which is typically my favorite it’s great, I wish they still had the Parmesan crust for it but the stuffed crust is also great with it. But the last two times I’ve ordered it it has been entirely inedible as the bottom of the pizza for whatever reason was just very very hard and could not be eating hardly both times ended up throwing most of the pizza into the garbage, and that’s terrible because both times I ordered the pizza and then like breadsticks or whatever and I mean we’re talking almost $50 each time I ordered there just throwing down the garbage. So the price for the food was pretty steep to begin with and then to not even be able to eat it except for the breadsticks is pretty bad, and then on top of that both times I’ve tried to call the store and nobody ever answers their in store phone. And I always initially upon calling first to get routed to the call center and explain to them and try to tell them to not transfer me to the store because they’re not answering the phone and I’ve tried like 20 times both times and the call representative acknowledges and says okay but then they just do the same thing and transfer me to the store and so I can’t even call and talk to any managers about my dissatisfaction at all nobody answers the phone. So once again it’s just 50 bucks each time just throwing down the garbage. I really feel like both times should be credited.

The pizza was cold hard and had no sauce at all on it we ordered through pizza hut paid through pizza hut they had door dash deliver it we spent almost 100.00 to get pizza rhat could not be eaten. Called them and the manager set me over to door dash and door dash can’t do anything because we did not order with door dash called them 10 times over the next 3 days even spoke with someone at the call service that said they would send the manager a message to call me back and go no call back will never order with pizza hut again we used to love pizza hut pizza but not going to pay 100.00 for food that can’t be eaten. And then to get crappie customer service that’s a nope for us.

WOW. How hard can it be to order a pizza for delivery? No wonder Pizza Huts are going out of business everywhere. 4 phone calls and 2 hrs later these folks still have no idea where my food is or who even took my order. I feel like I’m being scammed for my credit card information. Crazy.

8/20/2025 ALERT I Repeat AVOID at all costs. Made a Delivery order of a Large Supreme pizza- stuffed crust, Cheese pizza, wings with a side of ranch and donut bites as dessert. Donut bites never made it. I made my order online thinking one of their employees would make the delivery, took me by surprise it was handled by 3rd party (Hayden) I called the driver asap and mentioned I was missing the donut bites. Hayden (Door Dash driver) states that was all they had given him to call the location for a solution, which I did. The first call I made was answered, I had me mentioned my order wasn’t complete, he proceeds with asking me for my phone # to look up the order I’m assuming, he read my full order and I mentioned I was missing the donut bites and that I had called the delivery guy for my missing items thinking maybe he had it in the car and for it to get fixed, the Pizza Hut employee answered bothered questioning why I had called the driver, and I explained I wasn’t aware my order was going to be handled by a 3rd party. This call was made @ 6:18 pm all he said was let me call the driver and he hung up. I waited for a call back an answer, and received nothing, I called multiple times with the # registered and no luck. I had my husband call the location from his cell # and he was answered, he asked if he could speak with a manager and the lady mentioned she was an assistant manager so my husband said if your able to help that’s works, he explained the issue she said she didn’t see our order that it could have been a different location and my husband mentioned we have an email with this location and phone # she mentioned she would talk to the manager but warned my husband that the call could drop (like what?) but that if it did to give them a call. So guess what happened? The call dropped, I then proceeded calling them many more times and the call was being ignored, no answer, no call backs, no trying to solve the issue. The receipt states donut bites, now I’m here leaving this review seeing other reviewers reference similiar issues. I made too many attempts to call the store – and none of my calls were answered. What a stressful and disaster Saturday night ♀️ I know now why they don’t put their number on the receipt. This tells me their 3rd party employees are thieves, Pizza Hut is in on it and that this Pizza Hut location cannot concern itself with customer service. Calls are “recorded” supposedly why isn’t this issue being fixed? Calls are hung up on and no refunds to missing items. Simply pathetic.
