as a person who has been to many a bad fast food joint this one was a hair above the rest. We just went through the window and we ordered our food. The elderly lady at the window was very helpful. Her name was Jan or something like that. I can’t really remember correctly, but she was very nice and she was very cheery and we would come back just to see her. Food was great 10 out of 10 tasted pretty good for a fast food and yeah, that was about it. Pretty average pretty great would go back.

Excellent service. Friendly. Very clean restaurant. It looks closed from the outside highway due to dark tinted windows, but it is open. As always firecracker chicken was great! And I assume who is the manager is absolutely awesome!!!

A year ago I had gotten sick from the food I was served so I stopped going. I did to go to try it again. Shocker the food was so terrible! There was several items not available too. The three meat options were old food. Soggy meat and veggies. Shriveled up green beans, limp broccoli and soggy zucchini. The veggies were barely cooked and raw but cabbage and kale was cooked perfectly. I’m so tired of wasting my money on eating out to be served crap food. I will never go back to this location again. Clermont is way better! Corporate needs to evaluate this location.

Listen, I understand that Panda is not the epitome of Chinese cuisine, but I’ve been to other Pandas and this one is exceptionally bad.
Extraordinarily bland and rubbery noodles, dismal orange chicken, and to top it off a fortune cookie *INSIDE* my food container.
Not in the bag. Plopped directly on top of my noodles.
Who even does that? What is the malfunction in their mind? What is the thought process here? That I would enjoy fishing out a greasy cookie and wondering how many times the cookie was dropped on the floor before being placed directly on my noodles?
I like to write positive reviews – check my previous – but this was just not enjoyable in any capacity.

Great service always deserve a great review. Jean gave great service with a smile. I even payed attention and the minute she was done serving behind the counter she got to cleaning and emptying the trash. 5 stars for Jean.

I also order and get almost the same thing but it’s worst today, I got 95% cabbage and 5% chowmein ♀️ It’s not letting me add another review so, I just went there again and for $10 I got literally 3 shrimp and 3 very tiny pieces of steak. I ordered the FIRECRACKER SHRIMP & STEAK. I will never go back to this location on Daniel’s road. It’s bad

Drive through order, first time half my rice order was clearly burnt but still served. Second time my order was given to me and when handed my drink, the cup was defective and half spilled in my truck. Tried to wave down a manager or a worker, honked, knocked on the window and no answer. Only did “Day” the worker see me when she came up and helped me. She replaced my cup with a proper cup and gave me napkins to help soak up some of the spill. The manager and another worker just stood there talking. I can see why everyone complains about the service here. I get it, it’s fast food but take some pride in your work.

I never write reviews and this is not a major complaint whatsoever but damn dude the older hispanic lady at the register, bless her, but she was messing up everybody’s orders. The lady in front of us told her a solid 6 times what drink she wanted and in the end she didn’t even get the one she ordered. We only had a couple of plates and she also overcharged us for a couple of bigger plates when they should have been regular ones. We got it sorted out but for fast food it certainly wasn’t fast. Shout-out to Dale for sorting things out and for getting our orders fast, thanks man.

Burnt. Burnt. Burnt. I don’t know what happened to this location. They used to have great food and great service. The egg rolls were burnt, the Crab Rangoon was inedible, the Angus Steak was burnt, the Orange Chicken was burnt. The only life saver were the noodles, which were great. I don’t know if the temperature on their bain is not working or too high but it seems like anything touching the bottom of the pan is burning.
