My friend and I came here to eat and catch up on life. We ordered wings, a 5 piece tender meal, coleslaw, fries, biscuits, mac and cheese, and for dessert, strawberry cream cheese pies. This place gets really busy, and we did wait a long time for our food. At first, nothing was ready, but once it came out, everything was fresh since it had just finished cooking. I didn’t complain because we ordered a lot of food and understood the wait. The lady who helped us was very nice, and the establishment was clean. Overall, the wait was long, but the food was fresh and the service was pleasant.

Ordered online and they got my order wrong, didn’t include the pieces of chicken I asked for and missed the macaroni I paid extra for. Also included no utensils, when I went into the store, the employee looked at me with a blank expression and when I asked for a refund they said I could just go online. Didn’t even try to fix the problem or get me the right items.

I have to shout out ASHLEY! I never have an issue but I have to send a thank you to her. She was so polite and made sure my food was hot and fresh. I had to wait and she brought my food with a lemonade since I waited. She went over and beyond for me today and I had to let her and Popeyes know she is definitely a STAR. Thank you Ashley 🙂

came in having low expectations based on my experience at the clown nearby.
cashier was attentive, no freakin kiosk! that was a plus. fries were fresh. they did mess up my order but made up for it. i’d definitely pick this popeyes vs any other nearby place.

Absolutely horrible experience, they supposedly had absolutely nothing but chicken tenders and fries. The staff literally didn’t even give us our full meals. From the get go the whole order was wrong. Given coke when asked for 2 dr pepper and a sprite tried to have that fixed before she then tried to hand me a second sprite. Didn’t put the fries in with our order.
