Went for their Wednesday BOGO burger special. The burgers were pretty good. Mine was a smash burger but was the fattest smash burger patties I’ve ever seen. As a result, wasn’t a lot of the typical caramelized crunchy crust. It was good, but I wouldn’t say it was a smash burger. A point off for that. Onion fries. I’ve been looking for good fried onions in Omaha. They are the BEST I’ve found in the area. Perfectly seasoned and I love the fact that they weren’t rings. Highly recommend the onion fries.

We had a great time at Jojo’s with great food and good music. The vibes in the restaurant were amazing and the server even taking the time to go over the area and even recommend other places in the Benson area. The onion fries are fantastic and so was the hat trick breakfast special. Texas style toast was nice and buttery as well. I will be returning to try their lunch as well as other breakfast items!

My co-worker and I came here on an early weekday lunch and nothing around Benson was open at 11am.
Tried the Nashville hot chicken waffle and it is unreal. The peach marmalade mixture with the Nashville hot sauce was an amazing combination.

In town visiting a friend went here for breakfast this am. It was a really cool place loved the graphics on the wall and the vibe in general. Got seated right away. My server was this nice lady who keep my drinks filled and was very welcoming and awesome. The other server working was a delight as well and I really loved how respectful he was toward his fellow coworkers and watching how he handled a mistake and took the time to train the other server what to do. The food was awesome and coffee was fresh and hot. Def be back when I come back to town. I got the loaded hash browns. 10/10 would recommend.

Mikey is the best! The food was so good, but he sure makes the diner fun and memorable. The carne asada was some of the most flavorful meat I have ever had and bonus on the homemade tortilla. Didn’t expect that, but it was delicious! Will be back for sure!

I don’t recommend bringing young kids into this restaurant. After our breakfast was delivered our wonderful server came over and advised that the owner was requesting my 4 year old to sit in a chair. My daughter had been standing and circling our table as she took bites of her food. I didn’t understand what the big deal was but I tried my best to get my 4 year old to sit down. The poor server seemed uneasy when she relayed the information to me. She kept glancing back at the kitchen where I noticed a women standing and observing us.
I couldn’t get my 4 year old to sit down in a chair and every time I glanced back at the kitchen the women continued to watch. I ended up paying my bill and leaving the food on the table. I was embarrassed and in tears as I walked out the door. I’ve never had an experience like this and don’t plan to return.

The food portions are quite generous, the pricing is very affordable, the ambiance is cool diner, but the service was the only thing I had an issue with.

The amount of meat you get on this is insane. Makes good a very nice breakfast, but just an Appy.
Giant cinnamon roll 5 stars
I’m not big into cinnamon lately, but this got my 5 stars because the texture was what dreams are made of. Super fluff, light and airy. It wasn’t too sweet for me either which is often a problem. My only issue might be the size as I don’t tend to eat much, but I’d still want to order this to share with friends to show off.

Everything about this was great, but my issue was it lacked sauce. If there was more on the side to add to the plate it would have gotten a 5.
Barbacoa grilled cheese 4.25 stars
It’s a great combination. The fries were a 4 but there also weren’t that many. The grilled cheese sandwich with the meat itself however was an excellent item.
I didn’t try the other items pictured as those were what my friends ordered. Everyone seemed happy with their meals and had no complaints.
Service was not exceptionally friendly and the server didn’t look happy serving us (she wasn’t mean, she just seemed there), but aside from that it was pretty standard service. She did help us take a photo which we appreciated.
Parking is available for free on the street. I found a spot that said maximum 2 hours.

Service was fast and kind. Food was delicious and filling. Place was full but tidy and clean. Overall best diner I’ve been to! Will happily be going more and taking my family.
I don’t know what changed. I don’t know who failed the people in charge or the staff or both. Our food was unseasoned, undercooked or so over cooked it was inedible. The portion sizes were half the size they are supposed to be for the country fried steak and the chicken fried chicken. The service was also not up to quality from when I came here a few months ago. There was only one person taking orders, busting tables, running orders, and the cooks just made everything worse. They looked confused the whole time. Everyone in that place had an issue with their food within the 30 minutes we were there and food was getting sent back to the kitchen from every table including ours. My eggs had this black stuff all over the bottom. I really tried to like the food but MY GOD was it terrible. Terrible service. Terrible food. The server was a scatter brain and it was very evident she was not capable of being on her own. The manager also took like 20 minutes to call the server back. ALSO WHY CALL THE MANAGER!? YOU SAW THE FOOD. There was no way I was paying for it. It was complete chaos and I will not be going back. Such a huge dissapointment because I really loved the food and wanted to support this business.
