My husband was very unhappy with his meal. We normally only do great reviews. But his order was cold and the chicken and the sides were cold and only the coleslaw should of been cold. I wish they would of done better when making this order because the person making the order knew this meal was cold I get its was 15 minutes before closing time. But this is unacceptable and completely wrong. Doesn’t mean we won’t be back it just means we can apparently only dine or drive thru during the day hours and hours before KFC is going to close because this chicken had been sitting somewhere other than a heating area because it was seriously cold and very disappointing and should not of been sold..

So many people ahead of us complained. It’s hard for many businesses to get products and staff right now. The lady that took our order was extremely friendly and made excellent recommendations based on what they had available. For those that complained, get a life or apply to work there too see how hard fast casual food is. I will definitely be back!

If I could give them no stars I would , WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life . I was told no spoons when I ordered and it was okay because I was taking it to go then while waiting for my order I was told it was going to be a 12 minute wait on chicken which wasn’t at all … Later 10 minutes was told 15 minute wait on biscuit . Asked for my money back and she was so rude about it saying she already had my order ready , but where was it ??? They won’t last long , worst place ever … No doubt

Best experience we have ever had with the chain. We ordered a famous bowl and my fiancee got like some type of bone in chicken with a biscuit and potatoes. Everything was extremely fresh and hot. Perfect rainy day food^^

No one showed up for work that day and one person can’t do it all especially with a line of customers so long people were waiting outside. I felt for the woman. The loby and dining-room had been ransacked not one clean table. Hire all new crew give that woman a raise!! She did the best she could do

Average. A bit slow this time but better than last year when we waited 1 1/2hrs on our food. Wouldn’t have waited so long but felt sorry for workers because so many had quit or not shown up for work plus it was storming outside so didnt really want to go back out in it at the time.

Ok here we go ….very poor service only 4 people waiting no one waiting on us for at least 6-8 min. Also table we wanted was dirty so i asked for a cloth so i could clean. People not at front desk. There were only 4 people in the store eating then us. The employee that helped us seemed and looked sick not sure or maybe just new and didnt know what was going on……One good thing food was good. I will never go inside again this has happened before. Sorry!!! Just being truthful. Pigeon Forge resident.
