Went on my lunch break to wait in line for nothing! I ordered the protein wrap. As the employee was making it I kindly asked her to put onions. She stated we cant do that. I offered to pay extra and she still said no. Then I asked why she said if we do that for you we have to do that for everyone. I was very appalled!! She said it comes only as described no extra. The menu does not state “No Add ons” I told her I dont want it then. It cost more to waste the food than if I would’ve just paid extra. Their loss. I wont go there again!

I do online orders for pick-up. And every time I pick up, there always these two girls that work the night shift, didn’t catch there names, there name tags were hidden. They are the rudest workers ever? . One of them made a comment to me that was disrespectful… like why? I ordered 4 footlong subs today for lunch. Three of them were the barbecued beef brisket with smoked cheddar cheese. Everyone that ate one just loved them. It took a little longer to make but was well worth it. Also tried there Carmel Apple cookies. Completely yummy!!!

The worst experience I have ever had at a subway or ANYWHERE. The sandwich maker talked to the only other girl in front of me for AT LEAST 10 minutes about very inappropriate things that shouldn’t be discussed in public, while she prepared a pickup order. Then asked what the girl in front of me wanted and she said she’s waiting for a text message because she’s buying for multiple people. They then decided to shoot the breeze and continue conversation like nobody else was there. A kid then walked in and I hope they changed their conversation. I walked out, they laughed. Pathetic.
