Excellent customer service experience. There were two young ladys at the front counter. One was shorter and light skinned the other was taller and darker skinned. They both were very friendly and greeted me when I walked in the door. They were very professional, polite, and they handled the food with care. I have been to this Captain Jays three times before writing this review horrible service every time they never give you what you asked for the food is always cold. I will not be returning and I’m gonna pass it on to my coworkers as well. We work at the hospital and we try to support nearby restaurants.
