I ordered a family meal through DoorDash and received a bucket filled almost entirely with biscuits instead of chicken.
Let that sink in — the main item of the meal was missing and replaced with biscuits. This wasn’t a small error or a missing side. This was the entire bucket of chicken.
For a family meal, this is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of attention to detail and quality control. I understand mistakes happen, but there is no scenario where a bucket full of biscuits should be confused with a chicken order.
This caused a major inconvenience for my family, especially when you’re ordering delivery and relying on the restaurant to get it right.

I had a coupon that could only be used inside so I went inside to use it. The two ladies working were very friendly. The food was a little greasy but overall it was a good experience. The restaurant could use a good cleaning (wiping down the tables, sweeping, cleaning the restrooms etc).

Family member went and ordered food. The order got bumped off of the screen like it never existed. They then scrambled to put random items into the bag. They weren’t items that were ordered and wrong items were out into bag. How is it possible to pay $95 for food that does not include biscuits or any if the sides we asked for. The entrée was incorrect and was old. Sides were wrong. Only correct thing was the sauces. We have emailed and tried calling with no responses. Avoid at all costs. Also took receipt and never gave back.

This is by far the worst KFC in America. They won’t answer the phone for two days so I’m here. Ordered a simple order, nothing was right. Not sure if the employees are trained properly. Idk. Never again. Third time this happened.

I came to place a to go order on your Tuesday chicken special 11-18-25 between 12 to 12:30 p.m. Got the order home, and the lady that works for me got a shocking surprise when she was eating her piece of chicken, a long hair about 6 or 7 inches long got mixed up in the chicken batter when she bit into it. You need to make sure employees doing the cooking are wearing hairnets. I’m sitting there eating the macaroni, and seeing her pull the hair in her mouth out of her piece of chicken almost made me stop eating, but I finished eating the macaroni under caution. All I ask is for people cooking the food wear hairnets, please.

We got there as soon as they opened on this date. Ms. Lee greeted us and took our order for dine -in. They were very busy yet Ms. Lee was very attentive and sweet. They were making us their hot wings that returned after a 5 year hiatus. They were fresh and delicious. Her service and kindness was impeccable. I’ll drive all the way from Dacula for KFC hot wings and chance to be served by this impeccable lady! Thank you, KFC and Ms. Lee!

My family we ordered a large fry and 20$ meal, but the fry looks old and the portion does not look like a large. It was hard and chewy. Saw a man and his 2 kid came in to dine and the front counter person was rude to them. Service was bad.

This is a 3 piece dinner? We paid $12 for a drumstick the size of a wing drummett and a thigh the size of a wing flat. The third piece is nearly as pathetic. The food wasn’t fresh. This was a truly terrible experience! Do better!!
