Wendy’s used to be my jam and with this one being so close to my house, it was super nice. But as of lately, this place is trash. The last 4 times we’ve come here, we’ve spent over 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru for our food. I’m currently still waiting off to the side for my food now we’ve been here 16 min so far. When I got to the window to get my mobile order, they apparently didn’t check it in when I told them at the intercom. And the fact they changed all their sauces is absolutely the worst thing they’ve ever done. How can you get rid of sweet and sour? No one wants that nasty thick sweet chili. And after one sauce, it’s an extra FIFTY CENTS for additionals?! Booooo. Oh and their fries are legit never fresh. You would think that making people wait so long, they would say least bring out fresh food. And to top it off, they forgot a 6 piece nugget, a 4 piece nugget, all of our sauces and our drinks.

I have to give these guys a review! I live in Sandy. The other side of Sandy. There are 2 other Wendy’s ok my way to this one and I still drive all the way across the town just for this location. They always have my baked potato! And my order is always right.

Now, normally I don’t do this but I have to vent a bit.
While the food is always always fresh and delicious and the staff at this particular Wendy’s are absolutely sweet and kind, my most recent visit to this Wendy’s was bad due to low amount of fries (I ordered a large) and my frosty for me and my sister weren’t even properly filled.. I’m very upset about this and will probably be going to another Wendy’s for a while.
Again, the staff there are great and wonderful and service is amazing, but this was a bit outrageous

Agree with another reviewer who says the place has gone downhill. Tonight I waited at the drive-thru, ordered, paid with a card, got my drinks. Then instead of my food a young girl who said she was the manager asked me for cash. Said the card reader broke. No apology, just said I had to have cash. No sign, no warning. Wouldn’t take my only “car cash”, which was $2 short. Told me to go to Smith’s to get cash and then come back. Didn’t attempt to make it right in any way. So after that waste of time I left without food.
There have been other problems lately but this was the worst.
I’m not going back.

Ive never left a review before, but this manager, Princess, was by far a good reason to leave a negative one. Ive never before come across such a blatantly rude service worker, let alone manager. She had been pacing around and sending voice messages or being on a phone call, insulting her own employees. I dont feel like this is appropriate to hear as a customer, nor do i think its appropriate behavior for a manager, at her workplace. What kind of manager would openly use derogatory curse words to describe their coworkers infront of customers. I dont believe Princess is creating a safe work environment, and I wouldn’t be surprised if her subordinates feel that way too.

Ordered three Biggie Bags with Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers, just to get home and find none of the burgers had bacon on them. Everything else was fine, but kind of defeats the purpose of ordering a bacon cheeseburger. Just wanted to share in case management sees this and can tighten up order accuracy. Order 1435572107

This location has great service and is clean and nice. But I’ve never seen such tiny patties as this on a Classic Chicken sandwich. I don’t care if they want to raise their price, or just sell a smaller sandwich and call it something else. But I’d rather pay more to know what I’m going to get than play roulette on whether the size of my meal is going to be satisfying. This location has now twice given me small triangular chicken that doesn’t even cover the bun when I ordered the Classic Chicken sandwich. I’m not sure if this is shrinkflation by the main franchise intentionally incorporating randomly smaller chicken patties to mess with our sense of consistency, but I’m way too familiar with the large size of chicken that I used to get a couple of years back when I lived close to a certain location and regularly ate a lot of Classic Chicken sandwiches. Those former sandwiches were always similar-sized pieces of meat that either came off the bun in all directions or extended way over the edge to one side or the other (and the center was quite thick). So, whether it’s a quality control thing or whether it’s shrinkflation, either way, my experience of getting significantly smaller patties when I’m expecting something more substantial makes me just not want to return.

The drive thru is prioritized over the dining room, so my review may change in the future with that knowledge. I waited almost ten minutes to get my order taken, during which time a couple behind me left frustrated and another couple was able to leave to get snow cones in the parking lot and come back before I had finished ordering. There weren’t many clean tables, and I didn’t see anyone cleaning after guests left while we were there. It’s probably a staffing shortage, but my recommendation would be to use the drive thru, but don’t dine in.

And if you don’t order at least one JBC, why are you even coming here? The JBC will change your life!

Friendly service but I paid 2 dollars extra for a 4-piece tenders and they still gave me a 3-piece. Didn’t realize it until I got home. I know it’s only 2 dollars but I don’t like being charged for something and not receiving it.

Paid for a large fry and drink, they gave us medium. Asked for vanilla coke zero, didnt get the vanilla. Didn’t give sauce. Guy at window had a bad attitude.
