The last three times I’ve been to this location I’ve had to send my coffee or milkshake back because it tasted like water. Their freezers do not taste like coffee at all, just a bland watered down smoothie. When you send your drink back they look at you like your the problem. I did receive what seemed to be a very sarcastic apology from the girl working the window. $6 for a small drink that has absolutely no flavor and can’t seem to be made right even after giving them a second chance. I recommend you save your $7 and go to seven brew and get a bigger and better quality drink. You will also receive friendly and quality customer service at seven brew too.

neither time did i receive what i asked for. this time really got to me because it tastes like rotten cream in my supposed to be iced coffee. i asked for flavor and there is absolutely no flavor other than slightly sweet rotten iced milk.
i will never again come to this location. the problem is i LOVE ellianos. but its not worth your time or money to come to this location. this is ridiculous

Very good place to drop by and get something on the go. Quick, nice, and service and very good. Feels like home. I had a Red Bull rush with up to 3 flavors. Watermelon, green apple and peach. 8 dollars for a large. So it’s really good. Need a pick up of energy then this is your place

First time visiting this place in Leesburg Ga and i have to say the one in Moultrie GA is better…drove up to the drive thru waiting to place my order the girl in the window looks back and sees me drive up first off roll her eyes knew it was going to be a bad experience number one i get to the window place my order had an attitude…. She proceeded to hand me my order i say it supposed to like that oh it at the bottom my flavor smh so she turn around to remake it like she really didn’t wanna make it over. Another girl come to the window to give me the order. I apologize about that have a nice day. Didnt catch her name but it was a skinny girl with blond hair no personality no customer service skils at all. Want be visting this place ever again!!!!! Worst 1st experience ever!!!!! I was so excited when i heard they were coming and had to deal with an attitude smh. Moultrie is better and friendly love their customers. I will stick to 7 brew or Starbucks for my coffee needs.

This place was promising when it first opened but quickly went down hill. I think it was originally doing well because there a few employees that had prior experience from Bob White Coffee. The staff are generally friendly but with the exception of 1 or 2 employees, you can expect an error with your order.
I order hot coffee and frequently receive room temperature coffee that is not even filled all the way.
The food is soggy, don’t waste your money.

Went this past weekend to get 2 sausage grit bowls and other items. I received 2 bacon bowls which wasn’t the problem the problem was the grits they were so overly salted and uncooked we could not eat more than a bite. The frozen coffee was good and so were apple fritter and the blueberry muffin but I wouldn’t come back to this location for food. We also have rewards with Ellianos with our phone number but after giving it 3-4x the lady at the window couldn’t find it. So I’m not sure if it’s because we set it up at a different franchise or not.

Stopped by Elliano’s and tried there Turtle Frappuccino and Cold brew. I was not a fan of either one. My Husband liked the cold brew. I believe this is a drive-thru only. The staff was very friendly and they were quick.

Ellianos in Leesburg is the best. Great customer service. The ladies there have great personalities. Now for the people that have big orders they need to order online that way the line can keep moving. I am there regular customer and they work hard to try to get everyone out of there as quickly as possible.
