Came back after a year to see if things had improved. Made me wait 45 mins because they were out of chicken. Then the chicken was chewy and not cooked properly. The soda in the machine was all flat. Trash bins piled up high. Just shut down this location already please.

Loved my chipotle bowl with chicken and Barbacoa taco for hubby. Meat was a lot this time compare to other times. They usually skimp on protein but the guy just started working there 3 days ago and he was sound a fantastic job. Friendly staff overall. But outstanding food today. Job well done.

I asked for double chicken and what I got was a joke—half scoops passed off as full portions like I wouldn’t notice. For over $14, I expected a good size bowl. Instead, I got a barely filled container with what looked like a regular portion at best.
It’s frustrating when customers are willing to pay extra and still get shorted. Skimping on portions while charging premium prices is not just greedy—it’s disrespectful. This isn’t the first time either, and sadly, it’s become a pattern.
At this point, it feels less like a meal and more like a ripoff. If I wanted a snack, I’d hit the kids’ menu.

Food is like other chipotle. Service is completely off. No matter how many people waiting in the line, their staffs move slowly. They spend more time flirting with each other then helping customers. This is the portion I got for a full sized bowl.

They dust off the guac scoop and are not generous with the guac servings- it’s pathetic what they’ll do to cut corners. When I shook my head and objected, the server said “managers orders”. It’s awful that cmg would do this.
