Joseph and Clare were WONDERFUL!!!!!!!! They absolutely made our night!!!!!!! My roommates and I came into Dairy Queen tonight for some ice cream and were met with exceptional customer service that went completely above and beyond our expectations:)

We often get cakes from here and have not had any issues with them. We’ve primarily stopped going here for takeout as DairyQueen has unfortunately become extremely expensive for fast food. Overall the staff are friendly and sometimes aloof but can’t we all be?

Might be the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. It used to be good, but lately they’ve been very scarce on the toppings. After previously having 2 pretty plain and topping-less Blizzards, I thought I’d try a sundae instead… Instead I got a cup of ice cream, with a slight drizzle of chocolate around the base of the cup. If I’m paying $8 for an ice cream, I expect more. Extremely disappointed in this Dairy Queen.

Very bad experience visited to pick up order – This location has a window for delivery drivers . I pressed the bell button twiced aftet reqular interval of time waited outside for 10 minutes with my insulated Bag . No body showed up at window . Placing my bag in car i went inside to know the reason . No body came there after few minutes A guy showed up and i ask why they are not showing up at window as he replied is for night orders after 11 pm . I told him they did notposted any timing . Then he instead of apologising he asked me insulated bag i told him i can bring it inside because i was still usure he will do delivery at inside or at window . He was not communcating with me properly and his behaviour was rude and handed over items to. Then i escalated to manager about this incident she did no acknowledged the concern. As acresult my order was late . I recommend all delivery drivery dont accept orders from thia locatio

I decided to try this Dairy Queen after having a great experience at another location recently, and they completely surpassed my expectations! I got the new Peppermint Bark Blizzard and must admit it is significantly better than a McFlurry . The staff were super friendly and helpful, taking the time to tell me about their new seasonal specials. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of what they serve. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Was pleasantly surprised with our meals from Dairy Queen but there were two issues. The positives were staff were friendly & both meals were great. Fries were cooked perfectly, chicken fingers were moist, the burger was delicious and the mint blizzard was outstanding. The negatives were the cashier that took payments via cash ( mine and one other that I noticed ) handled the food wearing the same gloves he took and gave cash wearing. He wasn’t the cook, just packaged the food but yes the fries are open, not boxed/covered on the top. Everything else was boxed ( closed ). Other issues was I ordered ranch & buffalo dips but ended up with two ranch as you will see in the picture attached.

Decent food. The chicken strips and the fries were hot, which is surprisingly difficult to find these days. Blizzards are served with ice cream all over the outside of the cup. It would take very little to just wipe the cup down, but they don’t seem to care to.
