I had ordered 3 drinks, no food, and had waited 30 minutes before requesting a refund/cancellation. The girl I asked informed me that the girl handling those went to do something else and that the manager was doing something else and couldn’t cancel it for some reason either. I’m not really sure what’s going on with this location but I’ve had problems before with the manager not being able to sort issues. When I tried to call the location and speak with them, the phone rang for about 2-3 minutes before I finally heard it pick up, just for them to immediately hang up.

Waited 20 minutes, no service. Car pulled in next to me and was immediately waited on. I drove off went to Taco Bell.

We had to wait 33 minutes for our mobile order. It was only 2 burgers and a grilled cheese wacky pack. After 15 minutes I asked them about our food and they just said the kitchen is backed up. There was only a couple of cars there. Then we waited another 18 minutes and never once did they apologize. I’ve never waited that long anywhere for food. I’ll never go back to this location.

I ask for a #4 meal. By the time I received it the order was incomplete. I had a missing.
So I pressed the red button and the same person whom had taken my order ANDRETTA answered. I explained to her that my meal was incomplete. To her response was I never told her what side I wanted in a very hostile tone, and if I wanted fries I would have to purchase them.
Mind you I ordered a meal and mentione that she charged me for a meal which was incomplete.
So I asked to speak to the manager….. She mentioned she was the manager (which I highly doubt, specially with the customer service she’s offering) and if I had an issue to call corporate number on the receipt and I said “you have a terrible way of treating people”.

Made an online order and submitted it. We were given a time to arrive. We arrived and checked in. When we got the message that the carhop was on the way we waited 15 minutes, before stopping a carhop that was walking back and forth from a specific car that had gotten there after we did. After asking the carhop what was going on, we were told that she would get our items out next. Kid you not, we waited almost 5 more minutes and a different person brings us our items. We asked her what was going on, that we had never had this kind of issue before, she said that they had a new staff member on hand. We checked the food and our ordered items were wrong. Luckily the items that were wrong the individual in our party would still be ok with what was given. Sonic, normally you don’t disappoint, but this round with you was TERRIBLE. We understand new members of the crew learning the ropes, but why was she left to feed the wolves by herself? Where was her training guide and her help? Managers… DO BETTER!

We stopped at this Sonic before our football game in town. This was our first time visiting. The staff were friendly. Our food came out fast and it wasn’t correct. They immediately corrected it and apologized for it. They were training a new car hop even. I loved the friendly atmosphere.

2 days ago on the 9th I got a super sonic double cheeseburger with onion, lettuce and tomato and I barley got half way through the burger before I started feeling sick, not 30 mins later I kept throwing up and have really bad stomach cramps and food poisoning, I’m on meds for the next week, thanks sonic,

I got my food after ten fifteen minutes probably & it was completely cold. I asked for it to be remade & the tarot tots were still cold & the burrito was just thrown together. I will never eat there again. Having the food warm is the bare minimum they could do & they can’t even do that. I would tell anyone drive to the next town if there’s nothing else they want in Stilwell. That was THE WORST food experience I’ve had in my life.
