The girl was nice but forgot my blue cheese, forks and napkins, that’s not really a problem we are people we forget things. She seemed really nice though so that doesn’t really effect the review.
What effects the review is everything was extremely salty. It was so salty i couldnt even eat a few bites without drinking something. The best thing was probably the tatter tots. Also the drink options was basically just fake surger and more fake suger, healthiest option was just plain water or stary.
It was literally so salty I couldn’t even eat it, it was terrible.

Food is decent however the service was excellent! This young woman, hope I spell her name correct, Ahnyia was amazing. So friendly and courteous….also I really never ordered from there before so she was helpful with me and patient. As a customer that’s what I appreciate is the courtesy from the employees and she went above and beyond. Hope the management acknowledges her hard work!

Wings are decent, but the fries sucked. They were VERY stale. We ordered for pick-up, but I’ve also ordered for pick-up and delivery at other places and the fries were still good. The wedges weren’t that much better. Chicken wrap was okay. Oh, celery was mushy. Overall, I feel like I wasted $40.

Three times now, I set a mobile order the day before. Plenty of time to have the order ready, but every time I have to wait. This time it was an 11:10am pickup and it was ready finally at 11:46am. Not talking a huge order, just food for two. The worker on shift is always by themself and backed up every time. Owner, hire some help and pay the $16.50 an hour extra. Not fair to your staff and the rushing only causes problems. Place is packed!!!

First time visiting was about a month and a half after they first opened. I was blatantly ignored between 5-10 minutes, and management STARTED an argument with another customer in front of me. Really classy.
Also, you’d think they would hire competent enough people to handle food. I have a serious tomato allergy, and twice I got my wrap with tomatoes. How inconsiderate that the second time, they actually put a sticker that says “No Tomato” on the box….and you clearly can see tomato in the wrap. It’s comical, but pretty sad for the workers. If you don’t want to work there, then quit. It’s clear y’all don’t want to be there.
My recommendation for the company: hire new people! At least ones who can follow instruction and have basic respect.
My recommendation for the public: It’s worth traveling out to Riverhead or Centereach for their food. Otherwise I’d rather get wings at another local establishment.

This spot is amazing. Super convenient to get buffalo wild wings in our town. The other locations are so far away. Nick, Ryan and the whole team really care about the food and go out of the way to make it how you want it. I’ve been visiting this location since it opened and it’s been getting better each month. The new chicken sandwich they added recently is great too. The staff make it worthwhile.

Customer service is bad. Went there 30 minutes after they opened to grab some food before work, and they still had the door locked. Went back to my car to call them because I thought I was mistaken. All the lady said on the phone was “You went back to your car when I was walking to open the door.” In a very rude and annoyed tone. No apology, didn’t tell me that the door was now unlocked and that i could come in. Just literally said that one sentence and kept repeating it. Speaking nicely to the customer should be like the most basic skill of any customer facing role.
Once inside, nobody acknowledged me, I stood at the counter for a good 5-10 minutes before they asked me if I ordered online.

VERY rude staff. After food was disgusting,small,and cold. I was told BY THE MANAGER I would get the same meal on the house next time I went with free items on the side but as I went i was told by a normal worker I could only get the meal i originally had, so I did not get the additional add ons. Not only did I not get the amount I was told I would get but he was very rude and told me it was our fault the food came cold when we originally got it..we were there when we picked it up and we live very close, if it was our fault the wings should not have been cold in 5 minutes. Not very pleased with this experience.
