Random stop on our tour up from Frankfort to Glen Arbor and Fishtown. The lobster roll was fantastic! Lots of meat, taste was good (we ordered with light butter). The shrimp cocktail was also very good. High quality and taste for a good price.

5 Star New England Clam chowder , tastes like Maine:) lobster rolls too . You will over pay for butter on CT roll. fries were as salty as the owners . It is kids working the kitchen so prepare for slower service with some corners cut. Over all worth the visit for the chowdah

Lobster rolls were tasty and loaded with lobster. The bread gets wet at the base the longer you take to eat. Seating area is outdoor only and very basic picnic table seating. Service was friendly. Hot roll was $32/ea and fish sandwich was $16

I find it very strange that the towns we visited along M22 didn’t have more seafood places. We were glad to find Goody’s Lobster Shack. My son got the lobster mac and cheese. My husband got the lobster roll and I got the shrimp po boy. We all got something different so we could try each others. They did not skimp on the seafood. Large pieces in each one. I personally loved the shrimp po boy. The garlic butter and lemon aioli added the right touch and made it so good. We were also able to find a picnic table close to the water and enjoy the view as we ate our wonderful meal. The only draw back I can see is that they are not closer to where we live.

Great little sandwich shop with a walk up window! This is located outside of Goody’s Market with outdoor seating. Lots of great (and delicious!) fish options. We also enjoyed the veggie wraps!

The clam chowder($9 for 12oz) is one of worst I have ever had: not much clam and soup is not creamy either. the crab cakes($15 for two pieces) are one of the best I ever had: juicy and tasty.
Since when that tips for to-go food became mandatory? I don’t get it. And price of the food is comparable to restaurant.
The lobster roll is $28. I didn’t order it because I have been Maine and don’t want to be disappointed.

The best of the Atlantic right here in Michigan. This place did not disappoint. We got lobster rolls, crab cakes, grilled asparagus, pickle slaw, and Arnold Palmers. I will come back to the area just to stop here.
Plenty of picnic tables with umbrellas to sit at, very friendly folks running it, and fair market prices.
Seriously, make a point to stop here.

During our time in Frankfurt, we visited goody’s seafood shack restaurant with amazingly fresh and delicious seafood. We savored the delightful lobster bisque, lobster roll, and fish and chips, all of which were scrumptious. Without a doubt, this restaurant will be our top choice for dining whenever we’re in Frankfurt again!

Goody’s provided Chicken Parmesan dinner for 12 for a special gathering.The food was delicious with a wonderful red sauce and a homemade Caesar dressing for the salad that was lovely. Servings were generous. They were attentive to every detail in the planning and food was piping hot at the agreed upon pick up time. Thank you!

Fresh market priced lobster rolls, excellent lobster with a abundant amount of lobster. Needed a little more seasoning for my personal taste. Calamari was nice and crispy but get it without the extra peppers and picked tomato fixings. It just makes it soggy and becomes all you can taste. It is great on its own with lemon and their dipping sauce hits plenty.
