This is the worst Wendy’s I have been to. Wendy’s is my favorite mainstream fast food joint. I travelled for work continuously for 25 years so I have eaten at a lot of them. This one just happens to be the closest to my home so I have gone here many times in hopes that they will eventually get their act together, but they haven’t. They have gotten worse. First off, they have forgotten sauces, stuff in kids meats, extra pickles, frosties, and receipts almost every time I have gone. When I tell them (even with a receipt) they have offered no compensation, but generally I was just telling them because I hoped they would do some training. I don’t expect anything extra. However, last week they messed up my combo completely, so I called in and spoke to a manager. He apologized and told me he would leave a note so I could come back and get a free combo. When I went back there tonight (4 days later), the MOD told me there was no note in the book and accused me of trying to scam them for free food. When I explained that I was buying food for the rest of my family also, and that I was just trying to resolve their previous issue, she pushed the idea that “people like me” were messing up their margins and that they were coming up short on food, as if that is my problem or fault as a loyal customer. It was very offensive, but I kept my cool and gave multiple opportunities to sort out their issue. I even knew the exact time that I had called in the week prior. She could have looked up the manager at that time and ask them, but she refused. She told me I could buy food for my family, but she wasn’t going to o help me. That was the last straw. I will never be returning to this Wendy’s as a customer. They clearly don’t want my families business. It’s honestly sad that I can’t go there anymore, especially because the manager I spoke to last week was so nice and assured me they’d solve my problem and do a bit of training. Now I’ll just have to start going to Taco Bell. That sucks. One bad manager can ruin a business. I hope they cut their losses on the female MOD for 11/30/2025 at 10:15 PM. I’m reasonable, though. If they reach out to me in a response here, and say that they have done that, I would edit my review, and return in the future. Normally I would advocate for training, but I do not believe an attitude like her’s can be trained out. She’s a serious liability. A liability I genuinely hope they remove. Cheers!

Quit making people pull forward when you don’t have their food ready.You are fast food.You should have it ready to go out the window and then making people pull forward and wait when they have places to be is ridiculous. Also I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten home and my food is not correct. I’m missing things ot they’re not cooked properly. This location needs to be retrained, and you need to retrain your female manager. That was on shift tonight, cause she is downright rude. Remember who pays your paychecks? The customer, quit treating them poorly. And just do your job properly.

The girl taking my order and giving my food was phenomenal, but unfortunately my food was not well off. My baconater was sauce less and there were salt packets in my fries that I almost ate. Give that girl a raise and fire the “cooks”. Also this was at 10:30 pm, Tuesday May 27 2025.

Got food poisoning here at this location. I got the chili and biggie bag with the jr bacon cheese burger. After I ate that I started getting deathly sick. Was sick for a whole week and the pain got so bad I had to go to the emergency room. Had to miss a whole week of work because of this. Do not recommend coming here, you will get sick.

Just stopped for breakfast. No one in the parking lot, in the building or in the drive thru, the lady was so pushy i wanted more but i couldn’t understand her. Changing what i wanted, just couldn’t get what i wanted. As i left she gave me a disgusting look. Is there a drug policy there? Food was great. Years earlier, got ripped off. For four more dollars I’ll be eating across the interstate for now on. This place has gone down hill good by. Harassed by Google. This is a small fry that came with the meal. One mouthful.

Very nice place that was clean and bright! Very nice young man, Aidan took my order and before I barely walked away my food was ready. He was so pleasant and polite! The food was great as well.
The only down side was the parking are is small and drive thru vehicles make it hard to get out.

Don’t have me pull forward amd wait for food!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn’t get fries and had to ask him to go back! Opened the sandwich and it wasn’t correct. Quit making people pull forward if you dont know what you are giving them!!! Disappointed

All I asked for was no mustard. And still there was mustard. Did not however expect my burger to be two burgers Frankenstein’d together. Guess it’s fast food so what do you really expect. At least I was told to pull forward while they made my order and I only waited 45 mins. Two stars instead of just one since at least I got a burger. Last time I went to Mc’Ds I order a burger and all I got was a slice of cheese between a Bun. AND it was a road trip so I couldn’t even go back.
