Wingstop was a great experience, mainly thanks to how kind and welcoming the cashier David was. When we told him it was our first time, he patiently explained almost the entire menu to us. He was funny, easygoing, and genuinely nice, which made the visit even better.
The store itself is quite small and seems mainly focused on takeout, but you can still enjoy your food inside. It might not be the healthiest meal, but honestly, this kind of food is sometimes the most satisfying.
The mango habanero sauce is highly recommended — it was absolutely delicious. The French fries were also very good and paired perfectly with the wings.
Overall, it was a fun and tasty experience, and I’d definitely like to come back again.

I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect after seeing the 2.6-star rating, but this Wingstop completely changed my mind. From the moment I called, Peaches made the experience feel like top-tier service friendly, patient, and professional. She repeated my order clearly, gave me an accurate time estimate (10–15 minutes), and when I arrived, it was exactly ready as promised.
The store itself was spotless floors clean, counters organized . I was greeted right away with a smile, and while waiting for the customer ahead of me, I noticed how attentive the staff was to everyone. No one looked rushed or irritated, which says a lot for a busy lunch hour.
My order was perfect lemon pepper wings cooked just right crispy outside, juicy inside and the fries were hot, fresh, and seasoned evenly (not soggy or over-salted like some places). Everything was packaged neatly and ready to go, which made it super convenient since I was on my lunch break.
The whole process was smooth, fast, and actually enjoyable something rare in fast food these days. Peaches truly stood out for her great attitude and customer care. Honestly, I don’t understand how this location has such a low rating. Based on my experience, they deserve five stars and then some. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wingstop. First, it took forever for them to even make the food. Then when I get home and open up the food, it is not even what I ordered. I had to drive back 15 minutes. Once I get in there, the cashier, the only reason why this is a one star rating, was quick to apologize and fix the situation. But when the staff brought the food to the counter, it was brought up with an attitude. I opened it up to check and make sure it was correct before I left and the sauces that we ordered were just barely sprinkled on top of the wings. There were so many empty spots without sauce on the wings. I told the manager this and all he could do was apologize. No offer to make things right. No offer to comp the meal. I don’t know if I will ever go back to this Wingstop again.

I ordered a 20 piece bone wing (5 lemon pepper, 5 sweet garlic hot honey and 10 Hawaiian) and only received 16 (5 lemon pepper, 5 sweet garlic and 6 Hawaiian). I contacted the store immediately and was told that he would speak with the manager. I provided my contact information. I expect the store to correct this issue tomorrow as I was unable to drive back.

Today, January 6th, 2026, I witnessed one of the most poorly run and unprofessional operations I’ve ever seen in a major franchise. I waited over 30 minutes for my food while the kitchen staff moved at a painfully slow pace, showing absolutely no urgency or respect for the customers waiting.
What made it worse was the complete lack of awareness or accountability. The staff looked disengaged, unorganized, and indifferent, as if getting orders out on time simply wasn’t their responsibility. Meanwhile, more and more customers were left standing around with no updates, no communication, and no sign that anyone in that kitchen had a clue what they were doing.
A franchise with this kind of reputation should not be run by people who operate with such incompetence. If this location continues to function at this level, it’s only a matter of time before it drives the business straight into the ground.

Terrible Location. I’d rather go out of my way to go to the Wingstop in Margate. Every single time I order from this wingstop whether that be in person, over the phone, or DoorDash something is always wrong. When I used to order online I would select a Diet Dr Pepper, but I would get a root beer instead even though they have a soda machine with 20 types of Dr Pepper. Also whenever I order in person I’m waiting for ages, they seem to prioritize online orders over in person. I had to remind them that I had placed an order and they asked for my receipt only then did they start making my meal 1 hour later. And a week or 2 ago I ordered wingstop for delivery but I ordered at the Margate location so I thought, then I opened my bag only to see that my order was wrong, which I was shocked about because the Margate location never gets my order wrong. Then that’s when I called in and realized it was the Tamarac location where my order went to and it all made sense. But moral of the story this location is terrible and the managers aid in it too. Probably having a manager to do bag checks before the order is sent out will help your problem with incorrect orders immensely. Take the advice.

Not only is the cashier rude with an attitude towards other employees but when i asked if she can get me ice since there was none in the machine she was very snappy “ no ice “ and then proceeds to talk to another gentlemen about an outside conversation. it takes less then 5 min to fill the machine with ice it’s pure laziness at this store.
