Went through drive-thru tonight ordered our food had several in line. Got our order drove out went through our order and found that several items were missing went back through drive-thru and they told me they were closed. I said I literally just came through here 2 minutes ago. We already have the food put up. Really already! They gave me a coupon for a free taco. That’s nice considering I had over $10 of food missing. This is almost got to count as theft. I mean what would they do if I ordered tacos ate them and said sorry I’ll pay you tomorrow. Really!!!

Absolutely Amazing customer service. Best taco bell in IN! The guy with a walker was so sweet he greeted us at the door an was extremely helpful. He deserves a raise and employee of the month!

Went through the drive thru to get some burritos and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and food was ready quickly. The beef burrito supreme tasted delicious!

They don’t even hide the fact that it is overpriced slop anymore. Walk in and there’s no Mountain Dew or Baja blast. Okay whatever I guess but that’s the only thing I get there. Then I order a combo box and a separate cheesy Gordita crunch. The amount of beef in the Gordita was an insult. Same piddly amount in my taco. Should have just spit in my face honestly. Hadn’t been in months but now it won’t be years. Good job to the new manager there. Taco Tierra is still holding it down so that’s where I’ll be!

This place is understaffed. And they all act so shocked when you request your cup after you place an order in store.
Kind of dumb that taco bell went through all this trouble to install kiosks but no service or technology to ensure you get a cup after you’ve placed your done in order.
Also the inside of the establishment is not very clean.

I decided to give ole Taco Bell another try. I placed my order at the Kiosk and paid with cash. They were fairly quick to come up and collect my money. They evidently have a better crew working tonight than they did the last time that I was there.
I have no complaints. My food was ready fairly quickly and everything was correct.
