This place was so fun! Super delicious and amazingly fresh, flavorful food! Tanner and the whole team were so friendly and took excellent care of us—not many places have such amazing customer service.
The food was so fresh. We got the bone broth and spicy beef (but the extra mild so it wasn’t spicy) and it was so delicious! The carrot cake was insanely superb!
We’ll definitely come back!

Hidden gem!! Definite check this place out. Staff is so kind and there’s a huge selection of meat, veggies, noodles, and more! The lunch-time special is an extremely good price for it being unlimited! The sauce bar is clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms are too.
Staff is very speedy and kind, checking on you and explaining the process well if you haven’t been before. I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s such a good price compared to others hot pots downtown, and it’s close to home!

Here is a hidden gem that opened a few weeks ago that you need to try!
The entrance is to the right of the Red Door Escape Rooms – a little ally way.
The all you can eat is $18.99 (Tuesday to Friday 11AM to 4 PM) . Any other time it is $25.99.
There is a sauce station where you can create your own sauce. If you don’t know what to use, like me, they have a few recipes on the wall. I tried the spicy one and it was amazing!
All the food was fresh. The waiters were so friendly and excited to see us. This is a great value for the lunch menu, and the selection is really good. This will become a regular for us!

Had an amazing experience at Hero Hotpot! We ordered the beef soup and bone broth base, and both were incredibly flavorful — rich, savory, and perfect for cooking all the fresh ingredients.
Everything from the meat to the veggies was high quality and super fresh. The dipping sauce bar had tons of great options, and the service was excellent — the staff were friendly, helpful, and very attentive.
The place is clean, modern, and well-organized. We loved having our own hotpot at the table and how easy the ordering system was to use.
Highly recommend Hero Hotpot for anyone who loves hotpot or wants to try it for the first time. We’ll definitely be back!

We came here for date night for the first time and were so blown away! We have always wanted to try hot pots, so when this place opened up so close to home, we were super excited. The experience was so fun! We tried the mild beef broth and bone broth and they were both SO good! We added various ingredients from the sauce bar to customize it to our liking and we LOVED that we were able to do that! They had so many things to try! Fresh vegetables, many meats, and a great selection of noodles and bread! They also have desserts, but we stuffed ourselves silly and just didn’t have any room for dessert. We’ll have to try them next time we come! We will definitely come back! Oh my gosh, and the service?! Excellent. Our server was so knowledgeable about everything on the menu, made great suggestions, and genuinely seemed so happy to be there and to help us out ❤️ she was an absolute GEM. She had us smiling every time she came to our table. Oh, and the atmosphere is so lovely. They have a beautiful set up and an extra lovely area with big windows to dine in. This was a 10/10 experience. We had such a good time here!

Hotpot Hero was a great experience! The meats, vegetables, and sauces were all very fresh, and the broth was really tasty. The service was also very good — the waiter was friendly and helpful, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Everything was served nicely and the flavors were perfect for hotpot. First time trying hot pots and it was fantastic!! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. We did a split pot between spicy beef and chicken broths, and it was so great to have both options at the table! All the meats, noodles, and veggies were easy to cook and delicious!

We LOVED Hero Hotpot!! My 7-yr old and I went together. We ordered the chicken broth and an assortment of meats, veggies and noodles. My 7-yr old ate more than I did, she loved it so much! She especially loved being able to cook her own food in the broth.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was really cool and the restaurant was very clean. I would highly recommend coming here for a fun culinary experience.

My husband and I absolutely love coming to Hero Hotpot! The food is always amazing, especially when paired with their delicious dipping sauces. The service is consistently great, and the atmosphere is welcoming every time. We’ve made it a goal to come at least once every two weeks, and it never disappoints!
