Absolutely worst! And I love taco casa! Had this been my first time to TC I would’ve never went back!!! I got the super nachos.i did ask for extra cheese only because they normally just put it on top and the chips underneath are bone dry. Oh well they gave me extra cheese alright… more like a whole can of cheese. It was so full of cheese the chips were soggy before I even had time to eat them. My mom went and got me some extra chips so I could at least half way enjoy them. It was ridiculous the amount of cheese that was wasted. I should’ve taken it back and said seriously… would you eat this slop! So disappointed in TC!

For a cheap American taco place, this is okay. It’s better than Taco Bell for sure. The thing that really stands out for me, is that place has a CLEAN kitchen. I mean seriously clean, since you can see it from the front counter. So that’s reassuring to me. The employees are courteous, and while the food is slow to get out, it’s always hot, seems pretty fresh, and like I said- better than the bell. Those Super Nachos are huge, it’s a two person serving easy. Also, when you say jalapeños, they are not shy with them, so you might want to say on the side, lol.

I think the price is a little higher than it should be, and I dislike that they don’t have combos, but I must admit, the food is good.
The supreme tostada I had was packed with flavor and toppings, they reallh put their tostada and tacos together well.

Yesterday was amazing, but today was horrible. I asked for regular nachos with everything on the side, but while I was talking, she kept cutting me off and asked if it’s too go or for here. I don’t mind it, but this happened more than once. She wouldn’t let me finish with my order. I asked for a big thing of jalapeños because I got it yesterday instead of the tiny ones when I asked for big, but instead of giving me what I asked for, she just gave me one tiny container of jalapeños. The tiny containers aren’t enough for the big box of nachos. That’s why I asked for big??? She made me come back because of this, thankfully I checked my food before I left. I also requested Guacamole with my nachos, and she charged me for Guac and extra chips???! My friend from work didn’t have that issue! It was like 12 bucks just to get some nachos! The food is amazing and quick, but I am disappointed with the hiring and management. SHE ALSO ASKED ME “You like a lot of peppers! Did your mother eat a lot of peppers with you?” VERY personal and VERY unprofessional!!! I just want my food, not to be interview as to why I like peppers! (Last picture is the BIG TUB of jalapeños that I requested yesterday and got, but today she said she couldn’t serve me it?? My friend from work got the same container I got yesterday! Doesn’t make sense.)
