The ham and the tiny container of baked beans were the best thing about this plate. The ribs tasted old, reheated and VERY dry! As far as the baked potato, it wasn’t fresh and was only lukewarm but not even all the way through. And this was a little over $40! Never again…

Been here a few times and usually everything is good. Went in today and ordered their bochos to go and when I got back to my job site I looked at the food and there was no meat on the nachos. A bit upsetting but the first time I’ve had any issues from this place. Still tasted fine just missed the meat

My parents used to load me in the car every Saturday & drive all the way to Marshall just for Bodacious BBQ. Needless to say, I absolutely love it! I called in an order on my lunch break Thursday, the guy said 15 mins it’ll be ready. Bodacious is about 12 mins from my job. I got there & my order was never prepared or even written down like I was told. I advised the lady at the counter that I had less than 5 mins to get in & out bc I had to get back to work. Not even 3 mins later, she comes back with my full order. Did I mention it was lunchtime and the restaurant was full of customers?? That, to me, was above & beyond. Amazing customer service! Please thank the sweet lady at the register for me

Went to this BBQ place twice in one week. Both times they were out of sliced beef. Walked out.
How is a BBQ Joint out of meat for a week? The old lady behind the counter is extremely rude. I will never go back and strongly recommend everyone else stay away too. Not worth the effort.

The food is edible but there are WAY better BBQ places in town. What I was least impressed with was the owner’s attitude. This is not a friendly place, don’t try to meet a family member in the parking lot or sit for more than 5 minutes because the owner will be in your business & rudely tell you to leave if you’re not spending $ in his establishment.

I would be rating 5 stars but they over charge for their food the 2 meat combo is $20 before taxes and it doesn’t even fill a to go box. I normally get the Sassafras which is only $11 and totally worth the price but charging $20 for a 2 meat plate is outrageous when the box is no where near full. Not only that but it’s always a struggle to get the BBQ sauce that should be with the Sassafras sandwich.

becoming my go to for a quick BBQ fix. Just over the 70th st bridge. Their brisket sandwich is overflowing with tender slices. paired with my favorite cut of fries. Couple the atmosphere with the warmed BBQ sauce and you can’t go wrong.
