Ordered glaze donuts, told them I also wanted glaze cream filled (not chocolate). I was given chocolate cream filled and when I went back through to get what I ordered I was told that I have to specify that I don’t want chocolate whenever I never mentioned chocolate. And that I would have to pay again for the original donuts i tried to order in the first place. Absolutely no help from the staff to make their mix up right. Donuts taste good, horrible customer service here.

I love crave but had a very bad experience with workers. I ordered 3 of the same kind of donuts and after I paid they did NOT inform me that they only had 1. Instead of telling me they replaced them with a different kind. I called to ask if I can exchange them and they said I can only if I paid for them. Will not be back.

I honestly do not recommend this location simply because of service. I stood in a line of 2 people for over 20 minutes waiting for my order. The store was extremely cold and uncomfortable. The girls working were slow as molasses. I will not be going back to this location.

Great location that has a drive through, always good service and pretty good treats.
Can be quite slow on the weekend. I would be more likely to give 5/5 in the future if the drive through process took orders before the window (to increase service speed when busy) or the price to quality on bulk purchases was improved.
