Went to the 30718 Harper Ave, St Clair Shores, MI 48082 location and ordered my son a bacon burger w lettuce, onion and pickle only. no cheese, no sauce. Was given a plain cheeseburger, no bacon, pickles, lettuce! Drove back, and they took it back w a bad attitude, no apology and sent out a destroyed messy bacon burger w no pickles and enough lettuce and onion for one bite. Look at the pic,for $7 what a joke! How does this location stay in business?

The staff was a bit rude, not with me but with each other. Made the wait a bit uncomfortable. There was an ederly couple trying to place an order on one of these screens you order on now, and they were confused. The staff was so busy trying to be rude to each other they missed an opportunity to help them out or at least take there order the traditional way and not leave them to be confused and stressed. This was the worst experience I ever had with a drive thru person and store manager! The food was absolutely cold. The cup for my pop had a messed up rim and the kids would not stay on. I called to complain to the manager and she hung up on me. It’s a shame the manager cannot even be professional! The pop ended up spilling all over my car even though I asked for a new cup. They were not willing to to correct anything wrong with my order and there were lots! Eat there at your own risk! Terrible people there! Classless and don’t care what they are serving.

So I don’t eat out much, can’t really afford too. But had a late night and said cooking would take to long, so came here. Asked for nuggets fresh out fryer, got cold old nuggets, the meat is processed which is already terrible but if it’s fresh out fryer it’s at least tolerable. Cold nuggets are complete crab. This is why I buy chicken tenders from Sam’s and name brand fries and just do it at home.

Just went at 8:10 and service was not good. Melissa was smoking and serving customers aswell as coughing and complaining of a bad headache. My order was missing fries so I went in and asked nicely for what was missing and she was coughing while grabbing them which is pretty nasty. I asked her nicely if she could wash her hands before re-scooping my fries because she was coughing and she gave ke a dirty look even though I was really polite . Melissa had someone in the back come scoop the fries and he was also rude. 0/10.

I was the only person in line, waited at the window for almost 5 minutes. Got home and my fries were under cooked. This is the worst and slowest location I’ve ever been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
UPDATE: Nothing’s changed. Still the slowest “fast” food place I’ve ever been to. Ordered no onion and no tomato. Got tomatoes . I don’t blame the kids working there because it’s a job for kids, they’re learning. But maybe hire a new manager who isn’t at the window sitting on her phone eating a cookie while your drive thru is sitting there for 5+ minutes, one who will help out!

Got the bacon cheeseburger off of the Value Menu and a SMALL order of fries , total $3.06. Bacon cheeseburger was good and worth the price!!
But does this pic look like an order of SMALL FRIES? It looks more like an order of KIDDIE FRIES (or even less)!!
This was my 1st visit in over a year. I’m not too happy as I didn’t get my money’s worth and won’t be going back to this location!!

The cleanest and friendliest Burger King I’ve ever been to. So thankful that inside seating was open. It was so nice to sit down and eat a meal. We’ve all been eating in our cars for the last 2 years. I’m glad this location is open. I will come back often, great job!!!
