Bone & Broth in Asheville is the perfect spot for a special occasion or a nice date night. The service is amazing, and the food is outstanding. Dalton was our server and truly made our night—he was kind, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. He offered great recommendations and had the perfect balance of professionalism and personality. Definitely request Dalton if you visit! I’m very picky about steak, and their filet was absolutely delicious. The cheesecake was divine. We ordered the Caesar salad and deviled eggs to start. The Caesar was so tasty. We tried a sweet margarita and a spicy margarita, which were equally delicious. Highly recommend Bone & Broth for incredible food, great drinks, and a warm, elevated atmosphere!

We had a great date night here. The food was delicious especially my apple brandy farms new york strip. The quality and quantity of food you get is unbelievable. So much food it is pricey but high quality is always worth the extra money. Our server dalton was great. He was knowledgeable of the menu and provided professional and well paced service. For appetizers we had the beef and blue fries, brussel sprouts, and the bread service all were delicious and my partner had the salmon which was also delicious.

Loved our experience here. We’re always hesitant about going to restaurants that are on the pricier side because you never know about the food, whether it be you get enough food or it’s good enough to justify the price. However, we were pleasantly surprised by getting both with the food coming in exceptional quantity and excellent taste. We would highly recommend anybody who’s wanting a finer dining experience to eat here as you certainly get your money’s worth in food and the quality of it as well. I will say a reservation is recommended as we came on a Sunday night and it was quite busy, but luckily we’re seated right away.

For dinner, I was craving bone broth, and never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that a Google search would lead me to a restaurant actually named Bone and Broth that serves just that. I immediately told my family we had to go, even though we were still full from lunch and all-day snacking. I’m so glad we did because it turned out to be an amazing spot. The restaurant is charming, and the servers are just as delightful. Dave, who took care of us, was incredibly helpful and patient as we asked plenty of questions.
For drinks, my husband ordered a dirty martini while I had an amaro sour. Both were very well made. I had been hoping to start with a fernet from local distillery Eda Rhyne, but they didn’t have it on this occasion.
We started with the Brussels sprouts, and I can see why they’re one of the most popular appetizers. Crispy and perfectly paired with a lemon aioli, they were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them.
For mains, my son had the ribeye, a generous 16 oz cut served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak looked fantastic, and the mashed potatoes were so dreamy he even ordered an extra side of them. My daughter enjoyed the steak and frites, while my husband ordered a cup of beef bone broth with a side of cubed steak bites. I went with the bone broth bowl, adding steak bites and omitting the pasta noodles. The result was a hearty, flavorful soup that hit the spot.
The atmosphere is another standout. I couldn’t help but notice how happy everyone looked as they left, and that says a lot. The combination of excellent service, warm ambiance, and flavorful dishes makes Bone and Broth a wonderful dining experience.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for dinner on our first night in Asheville. Our waiter was so friendly and talkative with us, and our food was delicious. I had the shrimp and grits, he had the pimento bacon burger, and we shared the bourbon pecan pie for dessert. All of it was delicious and if we were in town longer we would definitely go back! Atmosphere was great for a date night or a dinner with friends.

This place has been on my radar for a while and glad I finally gave it a try. We didn’t make reservations (recommended), so we dined at the bar. Michael took excellent care of us, first with cocktails. I had one of their many house-infused liquors, a strawberry thyme tequila which he suggested as a ranch water, and it was yummms!
We ordered three apps, all were delicious. Whipped Feta with rosemary focaccia, crispy Brussels with lemon aioli, and my fave of the night…beef and blue frites with mushrooms…sooooooo gooood! Very generous portion sizes on apps!!
Portion size on entrees were also generous, which allowed us to share and get a taste of everything. The 16oz Ribeye was so juicy and flavorful. We had a fork war over the garlic herbed mashed pots. The bourbon glazed salmon was perfection. It came with roasted veggies, which were okay, but next time I think I’ll sub with those mashed potatoes! Also got the Farro risotto and added steak tips. That dish was large, and delicious, and the leftovers made an excellent lunch today!

Possibly the BEST food in Asheville. I ordered the duck and my mom ordered the filet, both were amazing. Great and cozy atmosphere, quick service and we were continually checked on. Zero complaints, we will be back.

I had been looking forward to inviting my friends to enjoy this dinner together, but everything was not good. I ordered a starter dish and it turned out to have a fly in it and grilled Brussels sprouts together! It was really disappointing.
