Came in the early morning not bad service. The cleaning needed some work. Saw some Beatles on the floor. I know they are harmless but they just needed to sweep before leaving for the evening. Other than that my order was completed correctly.

McDonald’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich, yes, the chicken sandwich wars are on! I tried McDonald’s new Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it’s very good, I’d definitely get it again. I love a good chicken sandwich and have always wondered why only Chick Fil A could get it right. The Popeyes sandwiches are also really good, so I was excited to try McDonald’s new entry. This spicy sandwich does have more of a bite than the others, but I appreciate the spice and it wasn’t overpowering. The bun was soft and the pickles went well with the sauce. For the important part, the chicken breast (see photos) was generous, perfectly cooked, and with just the right amount of breading (my wife thinks Popeyes’ sandwich has too much breading and liked this one better). Overall, this is another really good entry into the competitive chicken sandwich wars and I’m happy to have now another option. Try one, I hope you like it too.

This place was disgusting. I realize it’s McDonald’s but seriously, what a dump. Trash overflowing from all trash cans, no napkins, ketchup, or lids stocked. 20 minutes from the time we ordered until we received our food, etc. It would have been faster to go to a sit down restaurant.

A competent suburban McDonald’s that was deserted on the Thursday night that I went there. Interior staff seemed to be confused about the in store service. They bagged my food anyways and didn’t deliver it to the table.

I go there a couple times a month. Usually not busy. Last time though, no one is at the register as I waited. Lots of people talking in the back or walking in front of you without looking at you. Not fast on service. Food all right but it’s McDonald’s. People are somewhat nice when you talk to them but not excited to help you out it seems.

This location outside was different from the standard McD’s location that I’m use to. It’s a little bit more trendy. I went through the drive through. The staff seemed like they were trying to rush through my order. It was hard to hear the rep through the drive thru and I had no idea what my total was. The rep did repeat my order to ensure it wA correct once I reached the window before I paid. Food was the good quality that I expect to receive from McDonald’s. I did notice that the box that my sandwich in was different from the box that I receive when I order from my local McDonald’s. I would go to this location again but next time I would go inside.

This was our most pleasant McDonald’s experience since before the pandemic. The food tasted fresher than any of the food from our other recent McDonald’s stops over the last few years. The burger was juicy and flavourful. Even the bun seemed fresher, not dry. The quarter pounder was well structured and held together during consumption. The young woman working the counter was delayed in taking our order as she was also working the fryer, I found her to be friendly, polite, and engaging once she came to the register. Yes, I could have used a kiosk to place my order, but I prefer to interact with people than a screen for service.

Gone there 3 times because they are near the hotel I’m in. I’ve been in many a McDonald’s and this one is substandard and neglected. First trip wasn’t too bad just took 15 mins in the drive though. On Monday and today I was told my online order didn’t go through, however both times I had a check in code and Monday I was charged twice after manually placing my order there! The fries were cold 2/3 times and very skimpy. I like McDonald’s because they are fast and clean and this location is neither.
