My wife and I, with about an hour to kill, decided to visit the New Moon Cafe for dinner before we went to a show at The Grand. I had eaten there several times before ( many years ago when I worked at The Exclusive Company when it was still in its original location ) so I knew the food would be good…and I wasn’t disappointed. My wrap was *GREAT* as was my wife’s meal and, since we were the only patrons in the restaurant at the time, we had a nice conversation with our server as well. We’ll definitely return if we see another show in the area.

Super cute shop on one side, super cute café on the other. Lots of natural lighting and spacious tables. This a good place to work/study remotely for a couple of hours.

In (supposedly haunted) building dating back to 1876, this quaint shop offers relaxation and space. Big windows overlooking Main Street, in eclectic style.
Service is strictly order at counter, pickup at counter when your name is called.
All beans are roasted on site. Espresso is good.
They always have vegan chili available, which is very good. Also lots of bakery as well as cooked choices.
Relaxing, mellow place.
My only criticism is the bathrooms need updating, hence the four stars.
Highly recommend.

I stopped in to do some work and have a bite of lunch while visiting my relatives in Oshkosh. Their veggie chili is very good—thick, rich, flavorful, and this coming from a committed omnivore. Definitely a great spot to grab a cup of coffee a bite to eat.

Super cool Cafe. They roast their beans right here. Coffee was good, they do not offer any refills. Their scones were great. They occasionally have live music and lots of art to look at. It’s a fairly good size located right on the corner so people watching happens. I’d recommend hanging out here and starting your day. They did have a full menu as well.

A cute coffee shop with baked goods and a menu with breakfast and lunch items. The brownie we had was divine. However, the breakfast burrito left much to be desired. First, there was no mention of the tortilla being tomato flavored, which is a product I’m not a fan of, and it was cold. Second, the rice in the burrito tasted like some generic boxed rice, which was off-putting, and the salsa tasted like it came from a jar. Fresh salsa isn’t hard to make. Additionally, the egg was cooked over hard and was tough and rubbery, almost inedible.
For whatever reason this shop locks its restroom doors, requiring you to wait in line behind everyone ordering. So if you really have to go, you may have to wait several minutes to get what resembles a gas station key chain, a big block of wood attached to a key. It is surprising that a coffee shop in Oshkosh WI needs to lock it’s restroom doors on a Sunday morning.
The staff were courteous and there wasn’t much of a wait for our order. Overall, it’s a nice place to visit.

New Moon is one of my favorite Oshkosh staples. Their seasonal drink menu NEVER disappoints, the staff are always so kind and it’s just a cozy place. Love popping in for a quick bite and beverage.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to get some drinks to go. Coffee was delicious! My husband’s drink came right away, mine did take a little bit. He had just ordered a regular coffee, medium roast. I had gotten an iced vanilla latte, which the bistro had said was one of the most popular flavors. The cafe had a very fun vibe. They had a variety of different baked goods that looked really good, and some options for Cafe items. It was pretty busy for the hour of the day, and then the employees were very welcoming.

Great place to meet up with friends or have a business meeting. Great food at reasonable prices and terrific service. They have a great selection of beers and the mixed drinks are top notch. There’s live entertainment , karaoke , pool tournaments even chess depending on which day you go. There’s plenty of parking and it’s conveniently located and very easy to see from the street.

Great coffee, clean… friendly… the table next to me was annoying as all heck..but thats not the fault of the shop!.. that said though I had a bikeshop burrito…the staple. It was hot on the outside, but the inside was COLD… not sure if it sat or was microwaved.. but it took a while also.. it was not that horribly busy either
